As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

The lake can be explored by boat, taking you to small beaches, while the village and neighborhood can be explored by (e-)bikes provided by the owner.

Het gastenverblijf met grote tuin ligt aan de rivier de Vecht. Het is een vrijstaand huis met een grote living, een volledig uitgeruste moderne keuken en op de verdieping een grote loft met bedden voor in totaal 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Er is een pellet kachel voor gezellige warmte en een terras direct aan het gastenverblijf. Er is verder aan de rivier een overdekt terras met buitenkeuken waar het fijn zitten is. Ook op koude dagen door de glazen schuifpuien.

Cozy 6-person vacation home on the river Vecht

Beautiful 6-person home. Fully equipped with rain shower, oven, dishwasher, etc. Outside the door is the beautiful river Vecht where you can swim. Amsterdam is only a 30-minute drive away. The house is at the front of a vacation park where the facilities can be used such as tennis court, children's pool and a delicious pizzeria. Please note: The stairs to the 2nd floor are somewhat steep. Less suitable for people with walking difficulties.
