Dit mooi gestylede huisje ligt in de oude dorpskern van Vreeland. Een prachtig karakteristiek dorpje aan de Vecht, zowel dichtbij Utrecht als Amsterdam (20 min. naar beide steden). Vreeland ligt praktisch aan de Loosdrechtse Plassen. Je kunt hier overal heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en varen. Of je gaat lekker naar de stad. Het huisje heeft een fijne sfeer, een mooie houtkachel en is goed uitgerust. Op loopafstand heb je leuke restaurantjes, een perfect ijswinkeltje en een kleine dorps-supermarkt.

Cozy family house with spacious garden

Spacious and comfortably furnished house with a beautifull, sunny garden. The house has a modern cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Excellent wifi. It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of shops, forests and heath and near the Lakes of Loosdrecht. It is 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol. Public transport takes approximately one hour (return possible untill 23 hrs). The house is suitable for a family or couples, not for groups of young people.

Stylish and child-friendly detached house, close to nature and city. The area has beautiful estates, castles, country houses, gardens from the Golden Age. This is beautiful to see via many cycling and hiking trails. The forest is within walking distance, the Kortenhoefse and Loosdrechtse lakes are nearby. The house has room for 6 adults and 2 children, surrounded by spacious child-friendly garden (+play equipment and swimming pool in summer) Bike: 10 min in Hsum, car 20/30 min Utrecht/Adam.

At the same time, it is a perfect starting point for excursions to Amsterdam and Utrecht, or cycling and hiking tours through the Dutch landscape. A cosy romantic house on the water, near Amsterdam. With free parking in front of the house. Within half an hour you are in Amsterdam city. Here is a country atmosphere in the village 's Graveland. Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Nature nearby for walking, cycling, swimming. But also Amsterdam, Utrecht and Hilversum are close by. If you want to exercise, you can do that too! You can, if you want, use our cross fit box/fitness room. If you come with your family, games and crafts are available. Also books to read If you want to stay longer than 2 weeks, please coordinate.
