In's schöne Zofiger-Städtli sind es mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten. Zofingen liegt sehr zentral! Du hast mit dem Auto nach Zürich, Bern oder Basel maximal 1 Stunde.

In this 200-year-old farmhouse, you can arrive and find peace. The cottage radiates coziness and warmth. The cottage is attached to an old former farmhouse but is completely autonomous and has a separate entrance including infrastructure. The schoolhouse, including playground, is easily accessible. In the former farmhouse lives a family of 4 with 4 cats. If you need anything, we're here to help, but the location is designed to be undisturbed

The apartment with patio is located in a park. The center of the pretty old town of Zofingen is a 5-minute walk. The train station is a 5-minute walk away with direct train connections to Bern (26 min.), Lucerne (30 min.), Basel (40 min.) and a change to Zurich (45 min.). The Reiden and Oftringen highway junctions are close by. Shopping is within walking distance. A fitness center is right next door. The Heitere recreational area is nearby.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has two bedrooms, living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, toilet/bathroom with shower cabin. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer and can be used free of charge. The apartment has its own parking space, but there is the Possibility to rent permanent parking in the nearby train station parking.
