There will be an extraordinary, gilded, but also cozy three-room apartment on the fourth floor with an amazing view of the Mikulov chateau and the Holy Hill. If you share a passion for bicycles, come and we will safely store them in the cellar. Parking 7 min walk from the apartment, paid 50 CZK/day. Tourism fee 50 CZK/day + person needs to be paid in cash at check-in.

Můžete si u nás uschovat vlastní kola nebo vám půjčíme naše za poplatek. Máte u nás možnost ochutnat i zakoupit vynikající vína z okolí. Uvítáme vás a poradíme vám se vším co budete potřebovat. Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

You will experience the atmosphere and beauty of South Moravia right from the wine cellar. A quiet place awaits you at the end of the village, which is close to Pálava itself. There will be an entire cottage, along with an adjacent garden, patio, and wine cellar, where you can sample a bottle from local winemakers. We are happy to help you with a selection of trips around the area, visiting wineries, renting bikes or booking a nearby wellness.

Our stylish country home is perfect for group trips and family gatherings. Originally an inn for travelers visiting the mill, the home retains original features such as wood flooring, doors and windows and showcases a collection of local 18th and 19th century furnishings. In summer, the back garden is a perfect, cool place to enjoy meals, pick fruit and lie in the sun. In winter, the living room is perfect for large gatherings.

Apartment in Zentrumnähe, zu Fuß sind in wenigen Minuten auch zahlreiche Wanderwege durch die Weingärten erreichbar! Es gibt auch sehr schöne Radwege (Radverleih zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen). Gegen Aufpreis steht auch eine lange Kellerröhre für Feiern zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch einen Seminarraum im Haus! Frühstücksmöglichkeit gegenüber (Eisenhuthaus oder Bäckerei Bauer). Prostorný, klidný, prosluněný, plně vybavený byt. Nachází se v 2.patře bytového domu a umožňuje výhled na Dunajovské kopce a nedaleký Mikulov. V ceně není zahrnut turistický poplatek. POZOR!!! Pro ty kdo se chtějí hlasitě bavit s alkoholem ve večerních hodinách, není toto ubytování vhodné. Nutné dodržovat noční klid od 22h a respektovat tak ostatní obyvatele. Parkování u domu.
