It is just 1000 m to the city center, 2 km to the train station, 2 km to the Olantis-Huntebad and about 2 km to Lake Drielaker. In the immediate vicinity are 2 discount markets, 2 pharmacies, 4 bakers, various cafes, a post office, 3 churches (bell ringing hardly audible) and various medical practices. The apartment is located on the ground floor with only one level.

The apartment covers the entire first floor. With private bathroom and views on 2 sides. You have 2 beds that can also be used as a double bed, two pull-out sofa beds, each 1.40 m wide and a private kitchen. To the rear, you have a balcony with private access to the garden.

Quiet and cozy apartment (about 32 m²) in a two-family house (1st floor) in the Eversten district (15 min. by bike to the city center). It offers space for a maximum of 4 people, but is not suitable for infants. A fold-out staircase in the bedroom leads to a 2nd bedroom (1.5 m max. ceiling height) and the chaise longue in the living-dining room offers another sleeping place.

Our small, newly renovated accommodation is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a very good connection, for example, by car to Bremen or Brinkum-Nord (outlets), by bike on a beautiful route through the Marsch to Bremen or by train from Kirchweyhe Bahnhof-Ost to Bremen. The place is ideal for a short stay and offers all you need to stay comfortably and pleasantly.
