The property is located in a quiet new development area, not far from the Grasberger Hof. Free parking is available on the property. The garden, terrace and trampoline can also be used. There are various shops or restaurants in the village. Bicycles (2 women's bikes) are available for rent for a fee. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror, towel radiator and hairdryer. Both rooms have underfloor heating.
