The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services as well as a fan. A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

Es wird immer nur unter der Woche gearbeitet. Nicht am Wochenende und nicht an Feiertagen. +++ Unsere Ferienwohnung im schönen Allgäu liegt in einem ehemaligen umgebauten Schulgebäude. Der Ort liegt abseits der Touristenströme. Am Dorfrand hat man aber tolle Ausblicke auf das Panorama der Allgäuer Alpen.

Our newly renovated, modern 70 sqm attic apartment (room height mostly 2.10 m) has two bedrooms, a small bathroom with shower tub and washing machine as well as a new, well-equipped kitchen. The heart of the apartment is the large living/dining area, and the absolute highlight is the almost 40 square meter roof terrace with a grill. Free Wi-Fi and parking are a matter of course.

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.
