Sandpiper is a beautiful home away from home. We visited the Villages to attend my father’s 85th Birthday celebration and party. The Sandpiper is beautifully decorated and the coffee station was so convenient and needed for all the family activities leading up to the party. This two bedroom property was spacious for the 6 of us and very convenient to get to the squares like Saltgrass and Brownwood and grocery stores like Publix. And once Eastport opens you’ll be right there in minutes. The manager owners were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend Sandpiper to anyone visiting the Villages.

The Villages Patio Villa location and lease are extremely great values and options to hotel and motel costs in the area. Questions were answered in detail and timely by the host and ABNB web-site. Use of amenities, recreation centers, pools, chip and putting greens and courses (etc), and the availability of a golf cart were a plus as a guest of the host who processed guest cards to visit and use Village facilities of choice prior to arrival. A few minor items that need attention would greatly enhance and make this ABNB rental an even much better villa and home for its guests. That said, we would strongly consider leasing this villa again in the future for a longer length of time. We appreciate the host and ABNB for allowing us to lease this rental as a base of operations for our business in Polk County and vacation in The Villages to learn and experience all it has to offer for residents and guests alike! If you’re looking for a cute little home in a very well maintained and quiet neighborhood, then this is perfect for you. Incredibly detailed instructions, local recommendations provided and very responsive hosts. Also, squeaky clean home. It honestly felt like a new build that not a single person had ever stayed at (yes, it’s THAT clean)!! I would 100% stay here again if in the area.

Scott’s place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I could say was there was not a table to seat 4 people or a coffee table so meals/games called for a little creativity. The advantage of that was the home felt super open. I would definitely book here again. It was a wonderful stay.

This was my 2nd stay because I enjoyed the 1st stay so much. I love the location, walkable to downtown Sanford. Always responsive to messages. Very clean and secure. I would recommend if your Central Florida travels bring you to downtown Sanford.

This was our third stay with Leah, and like the other two times we really enjoyed the apartment! Close to the amusement parks, great restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed including products you might’ve forgot or even snacks to enjoy. We truly do find this apartment comfortable and peaceful, we can’t wait to come again soon!

Great place to stay - clean, easy entry, quiet. The AC worked well in the summer heat. The supplied pack-n-play (crib) worked well for our infant. Good restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive, downtown Orlando within a 35 minute drive.

We will stay here again when in the Brooksville area. Such an amazing historic place. The stairs are steep, so if you are not confident on your feet you might want a different place. The neighborhood is excellent and quiet. Walk to restaurants. Very clean. We love this place. I could live here. Wide open space, lots of little extras like snacks and coffee. Great value for the money.

The apartment BNB was really great and exactly as described with all basic amenities provided. Super close, walkable distance, to a variety of restaurants with different cuisines. Universal Studios is a close 10 mins drive/uber ride away. The studio feels super cozy, the view from the balcony is also very nice. Laundry room is right next to the unit which was very convenient. Hosts are quick to respond to any messages/questions you may have. Enjoyed my time at this Airbnb!

The property was well maintained. While it was some distance from town, it was helpful to have GPS for directions. The house was comfortably appointed and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with all necessities. The stacking washer and dryer was particularly useful and easy to use. The spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, however, could be a challenge for some folks. All in all, a good property, attentive host, and a good stay.

Ample space, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen with all the basics, clean and organized, and clear, timely instructions. We were pleased with our booking and would definitely come back.

Adam is a great host. We really appreciate the extra amenities that most airbnbs skimp out on like extra toilet paper rolls, my kids adored the extra Disney touches, and although having to wait for 3 toddlers to make it up to the 3rd floor was challenging for me they had no complaints! We very much enjoyed our stay and took advantage of what the resort had to offer! Thank you Adam for helping me find the airbnb when I accidentally put in the wrong directions. Your communication was greatly appreciated. Would stay again.
