We have been looking at this place for years never realized you could stay here ! It was amazing we loved every second of it !

After staying back in 2021, this second visit felt like coming home (if home had windows that looked out in the the forest canopy and everything neat and tidy.) I just love the the view, the space itself, the trails, and above all the quiet! Susan is a responsive, friendly host who also feels to me like a guardian of the privacy.

It’s more comfortable and more beautiful than all the pictures. The river is completely visible from the living room and you can hear it all night. Within a 20 minute drive you can find amazing spots for hiking, swimming, scenic views, a few local restaurants(Pacific Northwest Pizza is amazing!), and just about anything else you would want from a location like this. If you’re willing to go an hour or two away you can get to Mt. St. Helens, the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, the Columbia River Gorge, and plenty more. The only hiccup we had for our stay was when we accidentally locked ourselves out and the Wi-Fi happened to be down(the provider’s issue, not our wonderful hosts’!). Thankfully someone was at the other house on the property to help us. The hosts were always very friendly and respectful of our privacy. We loved our time here so much and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and fun place to get away. We hope to come back some day!

Our stay was incredible! Rachel And Rico perfectly described their lovely home, and even then, it was more thanwhat we could have thought. Perfectly located near Sandy, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Relaxing in the hot tub and hearing the river near the property was very relaxing. Rachel And Rico were incredibly helpful and responsive, and even checked on us during our stay. When I one day come back to Oregon again, I will definitely stay here again.

An absolute gem of a place to stay. Do not hesitate to book. Beautifully designed. Wonderful wolf gas rage in a state full of electric stoves. A wonderful place to stay with friends, we didn’t want to leave. We will be back. Bigger than I expected from the photos. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved the stay at the cabin!! It was spacious, had great wifi, the sound of the running creek was very relaxing. We had a little fire down at the creek one evening in their fire pit, it was bliss. Highly recommend, it is a good base camp to explore Lincoln city or go to the casino. Will definately be back

This was my second stay with Andrea and it didn’t disappoint. Cozy and calm retreat within walking distance of all the Mississippi fun. Loved having morning coffee with my dog on the outdoor patio space. This is earmarked on my Portland list for my future trips.

The perfect spot for a quick overnight outside of Eugene. I would have loved to stay longer. The art studio was very cozy and clean and Katy was easy to get a hold of.

A cozy stay! The place was easy to find and was in relatively quiet area within convenient distance to the freeway. Selection of board games was nice and overall theme from decor to utensils was a delight to discover during our stay. Easy check in and out too.

The pictures don’t do the cabin justice, it is beautifully crafted and has everything you need and more. Bob’s attention to detail shines through with helpful recommendations and instructions for the area.

I love that you have a great pet policy. It's hard to find some place that takes cats. I didn't bring mine, but good to know if there is a next time. Place was quiet and private and had what we needed for our stay. Thank you!

This cabin and property are amazing. Super quiet, beautiful surroundings with cool trails... Easy to access yet you still feel like you’re in the middle of the woods. Close to the waterfalls, trails, Tokatee…Comfy bed, super clean, I’ll definitely be back.

The Pickle was a great place for our family. Kitchen has everything you need and the place was clean. It’s in a small neighborhood which was quiet during our stay.

This is the second time we've stayed at Shelley's place and it was just as good the second time around. While there are a lot of posted rules and guidelines around the house, they have obviously helped keep her home immaculate for guests. She communicates incredibly well and is more than accommodating to any special needs or requests. She invited my group to come up a night early due to her previous renters checking out early and offered us a check-out at any time of the day, not rushing us out at all. The pool and view are unmatched and I highly recommend this location to others. If we're in need of a rental in Sherwood again, Shelley's place will be our first choice.

I couldn’t imagine a better Airbnb while staying at Mt Hood. The home is absolutely gorgeous, extremely well cared for, pristinely clean, conveniently located a block from grocery options and a short drive to the primary areas to play on the mountain such as skibowl, Timberline and Meadows… it’s the perfect home-base for your Mt Hood gateway.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We were in the area for a wedding, it was a great remote location, clean, peaceful and serene. There was nothing missing that you might need. The water bottles, fruit and snack basket came in handy late at night when we arrived, too late to go back out for a quick bite. LeeAnne was incredibly kind, made sure we had the room we wanted and offered us muffins and yogurt for breakfast. She was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone else in the area.

This was an amazing treehouse! The property is super awesome, peaceful, beautiful, incredibly relaxing! They were such sweet hosts as it was our anniversary and we came from a perimeter walk to a nice surprise! Very thoughtful host! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you both!! 😊
