Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Williamsburg

Dylan communicated quickly and thoroughly even with a last minute reservation. We didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed. The place fit my family of seven very well. Lots of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 pull-out couches. The location was very nice, being close to all of the popular destinations in the area. The pools were very busy and could be cleaned better, but the kids loved the arcade and movie theater. The resort really wants to sell a timeshare to you, but I just stuck to my guns. We would have no issue staying again.

Dylan was very helpful with making sure my request to be on the first floor with a ramp was met for my 87 year old grandmother. He responded back quickly and was super nice. Would definitely go back. My family loved it there it was so much to do. Everything was in walking distance.

Our stay at the Wyndham resort in Williamsburg was wonderful! We had adjoining one and two bedroom condos which suited our group perfectly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the resort activities exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of equipment available to borrow. We spent one day at Busch Gardens, one day at the resort, and one day at Water Country which made for a perfect balance of activity and relaxation! Dylan was friendly, helpful, and always responded to any questions and inquiries. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

5 stars! We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, so all we had to bring was clothes and toiletries. Mary Ann was super responsive and went above and beyond with coupons and local recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice space. Perfect team for our family. Bathrooms were different but right next to each other. Be prepared to walk up stairs to the main level. Plenty of room.

This condo is in a great location close to every attraction in Williamsburg. It was perfect for our family to spend time together. We loved the pool and my husband and I tried pickle ball for the first time and loved it. The place is nicely furnished and the beds are very comfortable.

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. She was friendly, informative and responsive. This was our 3rd stay at Kingsgate and it never disappoints. It has become my kids (13,15) favorite place to visit. They tell all their friends. There are tons of activities, including a movie theater. We found out recently that the outdoor pool is heated so you are not limited to just the indoor pool during the colder months. They have a wonderful pool side bar and grill. My kids always ask for the slushies :-). The room is nice and spacious. Even the pull out couch is comfy! It has a full size kitchen with everything you may need. I love the little nook in the master suite, ideal for reading. The balcony is great to enjoy your morning coffee or the peaceful evenings. There is plenty of space for everyone. We never feel crowded. It is the perfect family getaway no matter the age. I highly recommend this property and look forward to checking out other Wyndham properties as well.

My family and I absolutely love our "Home away from home." This was our 2nd year enjoying all of the elegance and fun your home has to offer. Giovanni and family are the best host's that we have ever had. Communication is so important, and any time I reached out, I was quickly responded to. We got into town a little early, and they were very accommodating when they didn't have to be. The home is immaculate and warm and we didn't have to leave to be entertained. Visiting my son, who is active duty military is even more amazing when you have such a beautiful home with plenty of family things to do right at your fingertips. The neighborhood is peaceful and we felt safe and secure in our own private oasis! Thanks so much for making our stay just as amazing as the 1st time. Looking forward to our next trip!!

Elli & Brent’s place on the James River was a beautiful spot for our family vacation. Our arrival was wonderful as our hosts had left us a cute note and treats to enjoy. The house had plenty of room for our group of 6, especially with the outdoor space/dock and the home theater, which might have been the kids favorite room. The property was conveniently just a quarter mile away from the ferry so Jamestown/Yorktown/Willliamsburg/Busch Gardens were easily accessible. Really an excellent place from which to visit the triangle and get some nice rest and relaxation in between. Thanks guys for such a lovely visit.

We were in town for our son’s wedding and enjoyed our stay very much. Jason responded quickly to the few questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was most enjoyable! The kitchen was fantastic with above and beyond what you would need for cooking. Plenty of space for our family of 4 kids to rest and play.

What an incredible home! The setting was magical and the space has everything you need. The kitchen is so well stocked and there are so many thoughtful touches. Rolled beach towels in baskets, helpful signs, kayaks, cheese boards…. We had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend!

super sweet host !! totally bailed us out last minute!!

What a beautiful place for our 3 generation family vacation (ages 1 yr {we brought our own pack n play} to late 50s). We really enjoyed all the extra outdoor stuff, like the kayaks, and canoes, fire pit with plenty of seating, and the hammocks. The storm surge brought the river into the yard for the first day or so but even that we loved. Our dogs lovedbiunding around in it and our little ones enjoyed it as well. Mark was a great communicator. He responded quickly to our inquiries and was quick to respond when a couple of "life hiccups" happened. The house itself has something for everyone, from the movies to the video games and books and games and even toys for kids. Our family especially enjoyed the Florida room off of the Mastoer King bedroom. We definitely recommend Mark's house at Piankatank Point!

Condo was as described in the listing. The condo is part of a timeshare property but the staff only made the timeshare pitch once (<3 minutes) and took no quickly and respectfully at checkin. If you are visiting the triangle with family or a large group (colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown) and Busch Gardens, you can’t beat the location and value. Unlike other airbnbs, no cleaning required on checkout which is a pleasure on vacation.

Loved it here and will be returning in the future!

Michael is an excellent host. Our stay was outstanding. Clean roomy comfortable plenty to keep everyone busy. Supplies of everything were ample. Thanks for having us. So happy we were close to all the attractions we enjoyed. I could not have asked for a better stay!

Michael's place was clean and extremely comfortable. It was within a 15 minute drive to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg, as advertised. The varied amenities kept our kids (ranging from almost 15 to 4) all occupied and everyone enjoyed their vacation. Highly recommend.

This was a great place for our extended family to stay for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. It was very clean and comfortable, and the decor of the rooms and overall vibe of the resort was very nice. Randall was a helpful, responsive, and proactive host and made sure we had the information we needed for a smooth check in. The location is very convenient to W&M and the colonial area. We would definitely stay here again- it’s the nicest of these types of places we’ve stayed at in Williamsburg!

We had an excellent stay. There were lots to do for entertainment for the whole family. Shopping was close by and the kiddos loved the on-site theater and video game room.

My family (husband and 2 kids) and a friend’s family (with her 2 kids) stayed at Michael’s condo over Memorial Day weekend and we could not have been more pleased. The lockout setup with 2 bedrooms on one side and a single bedroom on the other side with a connecting hallway was the perfect setup for our 2 families. Checkin was a breeze and the condo was pristine when we arrived. This condo’s location was also one of the best in the resort! It was centrally located to all the activities and amenities with nothing more than a 2-min walk away. We were all blown away by the amount of activities and things to do for the kids! They had a blast on the mini-golf course, swimming and using the arcade. The resort also had daily activities that we could take advantage of like a balloon artist and spooky stories by the fire. Michael’s instructions were clear and prompt and we had no issues for the entire stay! We were already planning to come back again and stay in this same location!!
