Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Williamson County

Awesome home, relaxing, peaceful and comfortable. I came all the way from the Big Island of Hawaii and this was my first time in Tennessee. The location was perfect for the event at the Factory. We stayed two days and we where very happy. Thank you Audrey for the great restaurants suggestions. If we are every in Tennessee or have any one who is going there we will be sure to recommend your place. Mahalo nui loa, Malia

Scarlets cottage was beautiful. Easy to find. We felt at home. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated with wonderful antiques (which I love). The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. My granddaughter loved playing in the backyard. It’s a place I would come back to in the future.

We were in Franklin for our fighters wedding. This was the perfect location! The house was both beautiful and in a peaceful setting!

This spot is a nice small home as described in the town of Nolensville. My brother and I were on a writing trip and had never been to this part of Tennessee, but it turned out to be very cozy. You are probably 30 minutes outside of town (with traffic, which is not bad) in a cute little town. There is a coffee/donut shop within walking distance which was very nice to have in the mornings. The whole house was pretty clean, we never got the feeling we had to "tip-toe" around or anything. There was some dust in spots but we had also moved furniture around to make room for the writing setup. The dust however was severely outweighed by the fact that the neighbors offered to have us over for a crawfish boil which we were very sad to not be able to attend as we were there for a wedding, however it was nice to know the neighbors were so welcoming even though we had never met before. Another thing worth adding, we never had any concern about break-ins or safety. It is a very secure spot

Laura was super responsive and always made to remind us that if we needed anything to just reach out. Super friendly and that space was clean and stocked. I really enjoyed the location!

This home is even more beautiful than the photos depict; the hosts have done an amazing job with restoring this property. The house is about 45 minutes from Nashville, and located in a lovely, quiet rural area (the trains run frequently across the road, however we got used to them and we didn't find them disruptive). The kitchen is amazing for preparing meals, and the home is both lovely and welcoming.

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

I stayed here while taking a class close by. It’s a really cute/cozy place and was perfect for what I needed! The neighborhood is really pretty and close to shops and restaurants. The hosts were also very friendly and made it extremely easy to check in and out!

Everyone was so helpful, it was clean and a great place! No complaints, I wish I could have pet the cat though. 😂 It was meowing and putting it's paws under the door, I bet it's so, so cute.

The perfect setting for rest and relaxation. Breathtaking property, peaceful views, cozy accommodations with comfortable bed and all the amenities— kitchen, wi-fi, etc. Attentive and friendly host and staff. We were able to tour the recording studio too. Wonderful stay!

Carol and David’s place is in a great location, peaceful, beautiful and a fantastic alternative to your every day hotel stay. Carol made check-in super easy and was very accommodating when my son had to have a new shirt sent to him for a wedding he was in. We highly recommend to anyone that may have the chance to stay here. Edy's place was wonderful. The patio was a great place to relax in the evening and watch the pollinators in the garden. The hosts were very kind and attentive. If a country setting is what you're after, her place is 10/10. They were even accommodating to allow me to store my bicycle indoors so it was out of the rain. Next time we're in the area we would love to stay again.

The Suite Spot an absolute gem, just minutes from everything in Franklin, but still secluded in a quaint neighborhood. The accommodations were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Everything was in place to make a traveler feel very welcome and at home. I would 100% recommend you visit when you’re in town.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Even though it was “behind” the hosts home, it felt very private. It was extremely clean and cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was clean and spacious! Rebecca’s place was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to many great food options and stores if you need anything.

Lovely house with plenty of indoor space. Strong wifi. Kitchen has plenty of dish and cookware to make meals. Large outdoor lot to walk dogs. Spacious bedrooms and having the extra half bath made mornings very easy for three ladies to get ready for the day!
