Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Wilmington

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

This beautiful home exceeds expectations inside and out. The inside matches the building’s historiy yet is up to date. The grounds and porches are well landscaped and peaceful with great furnishings. The area is totally walkable around the neighboring campus or to a charming, active downtown. Can’t say enough about Troy’s hosting. He was immediately reachable by phone and patient when we locked ourselves out. He anticipated our needs and at the same time went out of his way to give us privacy We look forward to returning.

Indescribable peace, serenity, and splendor! Cody was above and beyond in being accommodating and responsive! I cannot stress that enough. The house is perfectly designed and furnished! The pool and hot tub were inviting and wonderful! The nature, sunrises, sounds of birds chirping...No need to bother with packing, security lines for planes, trains, and automobiles for a getaway for me anymore ! Being at this house was no different than taking some far away trip. It had everything a resort would have without the fuss and muss of travel and people! My travel companion could not join me, so I was by myself! I got to experience true tranquility, peace, and mindfulness! I felt safe and secure. Only recommendation, is to give instructions for the A/C and washing machine, but I figured it out. Internet was great speed for working. I clearly would highly recommend a stay at the King's House, even for a queen or princess! Thank you Cody and Suzanne for a wonderful stay! One word, fabulous!

For our ladies getaway, this place was perfect! We really enjoyed the proximity to downtown Kennett Square, the walkability to restaurants and shops and the character of the neighborhood. Though situated on a busy street, it was great for access to awesome restaurants (visiting Sweet Amelia's, Talulah's Table, Philter, Mary Pat's, La Verona), cute shops (Mrs. Robinson's Tea Shop, Clean Slate Goods, The Mushroom Cap), and enjoyed hours of conversations on the back patio. Beds were comfy, including the basement single bed, individual A/C units, baths were clean and updated, amenities abundant and were very pleased with our accommodations. We used this home as a jumping off point to visit the Brandywine Museum of Art and Winterthur, both just 15 minutes away, plus a visit to the shops and restaurant at Terrain in Glen Mills. Highly recommend if you plan to make a thorough visit in the Brandywine Valley. Everything was on point, including the weather! Had a ball! Thanks so much Jessica!

This is a beautiful home in a serene setting. Although there was plenty of boat traffic it was I. The distance and not noisy at all. The home is furnished simply but there are many more amenities than most airbnbs including children’s equipment and toys! The host readily honored a special request! The pictures are not clear about the water access. It is not a beach, but a stairway. We still spent much time at the water’s edge, and sitting in those great Adirondack chairs!!

We had a positive experience. The house was clean and very spacious. Our kids had a fun time playing since and outside the house. There’s a playground walking distance from the Airbnb.

What a beautiful home and scenery! Everything was just as it was described and more! We felt right at home! Everything was so clean and spotless! Plenty of towels, as well as, laundry pods, etc. Katrina was so helpful and responsive! She even got us in earlier than anticipated! We will definitely stay here again if we can ever come back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The place is equipped with everything you may need, which I think was very considerate- extra linen, toothpaste, toys for the kids, etc. also a very calm place and I love the decor. Very nice and cozy taste.

We had a great stay at Malyka's place. She called to greet me and see if I had any needs prior to our arrival, the night before. She was responsive and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had great flow and was wonderfully hot. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Please note though, there is a lack of electrical sockets in the living room for charging your phone or other electronics. We improvised and charged in the bedroom or bathroom. The neighborhood is walkable/bikeable with parks and playgrounds very close by. There is an abundance of options for food in the area as well. Give 'Tasties' a try for really great soul food. We would happily stay here again if in the Philly area.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! It was clean and was such a cute space. We had no issues at all during our stay. It was quiet and in a super nice neighborhood. We would definitely return the next time we visit Amish country!

Rose is a the super host of super hosts. She provides clear instructions from start to finish and really cares about the comfort of her guests. The apartment is spotless and in great shape. The neighborhood is peaceful and on a very quiet street away from traffic. This is our second stay, and we’ll be back again next year!

This place was so lovely. Peaceful and surrounded by nature yet close enough to my daughter’s soccer tournament. My kids enjoyed the board games. Wish we had more time. The history communicates effectively and with reasonable time.

One of my favorite places we've stayed! It faces a major street though and in the front bedroom the road noise prevented sleep for my family. I stayed in the smaller back bedroom where the bed was amazingly comfortable and the road noise was almost pleasant haha. I felt like a welcomed and valued guest. Loved the fair trade caramel coffee!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The home is very walkable in beautiful downtown Hammonton. We went to the bagel shop and coffee shop down the street both mornings. It was a memorable stay and we will absolutely be coming back soon!

We have stayed in one of Matt’s airbnbs before and same as the first time, we had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb is beautiful, private, and exactly as described. It was easy to find and Matt gave us specific instructions for everything. He puts thoughtful touches into everything like the bathroom amenities, kitchen amenities, and extra blankets and board games. The bed was comfortable and the private deck was wonderful to sit out on in the morning. The surrounding area is nice and quiet and peaceful. Love this place and will absolutely be back! :)

Wonderful experience, I really can't say one negative thing. Beautiful farm located in Amish country. My wife and I loved petting the calves, dogs and kittens. Wilma had cookies, bread, milk and eggs for us. Can't wait to go back!

So the townhome was AWESOME! looks just like its described. We only had an issue with the door because being from the south we’re not used to keypads like that. So you’ll put the code in and then the knob lol! Glad the neighbor helped us out. Andrea was very helpful and fast with responses.

If you are looking for a good central location, that’s the perfect choice. The beautiful apartement is like a 5 star hotel. It looks very luxurious, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the whole apartement is spotlessly clean. You can also find several parking options for a good price if you arrive by car. I will definitely book again if I’m visiting Philly.

We loved staying at Travis and Gabrielle's place. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed for a long stay. The house was beautiful and well stocked with linens and kitchen ware. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard because it was hot and rained several days but it looked beautiful through the window! 😊 We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

My family & I booked for three nights. Thought it was a beautiful and private little area, and just a couple steps away from the beach and a pool. Very quiet and away from noise which was a plus. The house itself was lovely and mostly clean. There were board games available and my kids had a fun time playing with them. We enjoyed barbecuing using the grill provided on the balcony which was nice as well. A plenty of towels and anything you need in the kitchen! Other than a full trash bag left over in the kitchen, finding some clothing items from other guests (I’m assuming) in drawers, and the keurig having what looked like mold inside. Pretty small things when looking at the big picture though. Will most likely come again & we enjoyed our stay!

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic location close to main street! Clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated spot that comfortably fit myself and four friends. Ample parking available as well, which was an added perk. We will definitely be staying at Cece's place anytime and everytime we come back to Newark!
