Close to the city center, renovated in January 2021, two-room apartment, about 250 meters from the PortaNigra. The apartment is on the first middle floor and is accessible by stairs only. The small hallway leads into the living room with a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hotplate). Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar are available. Bedroom: 160 x 200 cm double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi. Parking.

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

My place is located in the quiet district of Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher. Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
