Haus Asgard is one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed at. The view is one part which motivates you to book the place in the first place, but you can’t be sitting in the balcony 24/7. That’s where the attention to detail in the place comes in. Everything is extremely thoughtful. The place is incredibly aesthetic, all amenities are provided. The place is literally a 10 minute walk from every thing and yet private. But the best of all is the host Julia. Our little chit chats with her will always stay with us. Thank you Herve and Julia.

We've been coming to Zermatt since 1983 and have stayed in several different places over the years. This is by far the one that ticked the most boxes. We felt so at home in this very modern and comfortable apartment. It was a perfect location for getting to all the lift stations. Carol made us feel very welcome. This is definitely our new Zermatt home!

We enjoyed our stay at Robin's apartment. Although it is a compact space, everything is well set out and functions well. The apartment is immaculately clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. Good location - 15 minute walk from the train station. Restaurants and supermarket close by. We would recommend as a great choice for a short stay in Zermatt.

Great place. Just far enough outside of the city to get away from crowds of tourists, while still being close to anything you want. Would stay again.

L’appartamento offre la miglior vista sul Cervino di tutta Zermatt: davvero spettacolare! Era molto organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario per preparare colazioni e cene in autonomia. Avevamo a disposizione una lavastoviglie (non una lavatrice, che comunque si può utilizzare pagando 2 franchi). Il letto era comodo; chi ha esigenze particolari può parlare con l’host per richiedere un altro cuscino, ma personalmente non ho avuto problemi, anche avendo una certa sensibilità cervicale. La doccia è ottima e il riscaldamento dell’appartamento funziona benissimo, rendendo il soggiorno molto confortevole. L’accesso è semplice: si può prendere il bus fino alla cappella, poi camminare circa 500 metri lungo la strada e altri 200 metri attraverso un sentiero nel bosco. Consigliamo di utilizzare un carrello per i bagagli. Torneremo senza dubbio!

The stay was very nice and the surroundings of the apartment was very peaceful, it’s about a 10 minute walk from the station but not too tiring, would recommend staying here!

Very interactive host. Accompanied us to the studio and helped us to understand navigating the area. The space was clean and high class. Kitchen well stocked with pots and other equipment. The view was phenomenal. Free bus stop not very far from studio. Comfortable bed!

Very friendly and communicative hosts- and the studio is in the perfect location for hiking. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at the Sierrahaus Alpine Suites! The space is beautifully designed and equipped with high-quality household appliances. The host was responsive, and the concierge team even offered to meet us at the train station, which was very thoughtful. Thank you so much! The location is excellent — just a short walk to both the main train station and the Gornergrat Bahn. One of the highlights was the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. We really enjoyed the view before bedtime and again early in the morning. The host also thoughtfully provides toys in the apartment, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. This place is highly recommended — a perfect stay in Zermatt!

Lugar encantador. Tudo perfeito, limpo e decoração de bom gosto. Tem um belo elevador que facilita muito entrar com as malas. A vista é de tirar o fôlego, comunicação com Janine é excelente e não deixa dúvida alguma. Muito proativa, nos ofereceu traslado para Zermatt mas nós já tínhamos o Ticket do trem. Eu estava de carro e estacionei gratuitamente na frente do apartamento. Local muito confortável, recomendo estadia neste local. Janine, parabéns pelo local, muito sucesso e com certeza voltaremos. A beautifully presented apartment. It was easy to access and clear instructions were given on how to find the property and how to get in. The interiors are beautiful and wonderfully craftsmanship with all the beautiful wood touches. Me and my family had a wonderful stay!

The location was lovely and peaceful. You can even exit the Gornergrat train at Findelbach for a short hike back to the house if you don’t want to go all the way back to the town center. It’s a little steep but not too difficult. We took the full hike down from Riffelalap back to the house which took a little over an hour. Same steepness, but lovely scenery.

An overwhelmingly beautiful location, the chalet is perched on top of a hill with pristine and complete uninterrupted views of the town and Matterhorn. Such a cozy and quiet place with so much to do and plenty of recommendations from the host. We loved every second of our stay, thank you!!

We stayed at Elvira & Aidan's place for a few days. It was so amazing when you could see the mountain while eating breakfast & supper. The surrounding area just looked amazing. Elvira & Aidan also prepared face cloths for us to use, which is not common in Europe. There are also cooking oil and some spices for us to use. The place is big and clean. The bathroom is on the small side. They also prepared a binder what time the grocery stores are open and closed; the restaurant; how often the trains to Zermatt leave. This is very handy. The place is about 15 minutes on foot from the train station. There are 2 grocery stores near the train station. Be aware though. Because the place is higher on the hill, it can be a challenge to drag your suitcase uphill. You may want to take a taxi. But we were happy to stay there, not just any regular airbnb in town. Elvira & Aidan was flexible with check on time. Thank you Elvira & Aidan.

タチアナさんのアパートに宿泊したことで、ツェルマットでの滞在をとても楽しめました。 立地の良さやアパートの清潔さ、充実した設備など、掲載されていた情報通りでした。 その中でも一番こちらを選んでよかったと思ったのは、タチアナさんの対応でした。 返信が早く的確で、安心して過ごせました。 ツェルマットに来る時にはまた宿泊したいです。 ありがとうございました。

Great place exactly as described. The instruction book covered everything in detail. This was perhaps one the most organized places I have stayed in terms of instructions. We are skiers, so the bus stop at the bottom of the steps was great to get to the lifts and back (The red line). Small groceries and lots of restaurants are nearby within a 5 minute walk, the big grocery and the train station a bit further. We would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect Swiss chalet tucked away on the edge of the village. Stunning view of the 3 mountains, and well placed for various local walks as well as excursions further afield. Liza looked after us extremely well, always on hand for any problems (there were none!) or to help with any queries, and always with such good humour. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Tout s’est très bien passé dans ce logement. L’accueil par Alessandra a été très chaleureux. L’appartement et sa situation était très beau. Nous sommes partie en vélo depuis celui ci faire une ballade magnifique dans la montagne. Le petit déjeuné était compris et très bon. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour

5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig! Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb. Das Haus war perfekt – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein echtes Wohlfühl-Zuhause! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: Er war persönlich beim Check-in und Check-out dabei, unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als Highlight hat er uns morgens sogar frische Gipfeli gebracht – einfach toller Service und unglaublich herzlich! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Ich kann die Wohnung von Jasmin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jasmin und Adam waren äußerst freundlich und stets für uns ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick auf die Berge. Auch die Umgebung hat uns begeistert – sie bietet viele schöne Orte und faszinierende Aussichten. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt zu empfehlen. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas klein und für eine große Familie, die selbst kochen möchte, nur bedingt geeignet.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Patricks Unterkunft. An diesem Ort steckt viel Herz. Es lässt einfach keine Wünsche offen. Die Unterkunft ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Ein wahres Paradies! Patrick und sein Vater sind Herzensmenschen, die einen wundervoll willkommen heißen. In der Unterkunft fühlt man sich sofort wohl und das Highlight ist die gepflegte Grünanlage mit atemberaubenden Blick in die Berge und Whirlpool. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
