We loved our stay at the Sierrahaus Alpine Suites! The space is beautifully designed and equipped with high-quality household appliances. The host was responsive, and the concierge team even offered to meet us at the train station, which was very thoughtful. Thank you so much! The location is excellent — just a short walk to both the main train station and the Gornergrat Bahn. One of the highlights was the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. We really enjoyed the view before bedtime and again early in the morning. The host also thoughtfully provides toys in the apartment, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. This place is highly recommended — a perfect stay in Zermatt!

Amazing view and a perfect spot for our group.

Christian’s place was really good for us with our two night stay. Close to everything, good little kitchen, and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening and having breakfast there in the morning. The view is beautiful, and we watched the paragliders curling the mountains and coming in to land. The place is pricey but on a par with prices in Switzerland. I’d recommend it.

Such a beautiful place with a stunning view. We ended up spending more time at the apartment enjoying the view than hiking to see a view! It was a wow! Hosts were especially amazing! Tons of great cookware. My kids’ favorite memories from our stay are fondue at sunset and playing football in front of the balcony with the Matterhorn right over head. Definitely take advantage of the taxi up & the Coop grocery store at the train station before you go up. There’s tons of space for your luggage in the taxi (more like a large enclosed golf cart with big trunk). Comfy beds. Great layout.

Great and super clean apartment with everything you need. 3 bedrooms (beds were tiptop, not sagging or too hard) with 2 bathrooms (each with shower and soap/shower gel/shampoo), kitchenette with dining room (including everything you need for cooking and eating/drinking), living room with TV (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) and very large balcony with seating. Unfortunately, no Matterhorn view from the apartment (alternatively mountains towards Täsch). The only drawback is the smoking area in front of the door, which in the worst case can lead to a smell of smoke in the bedroom on the entrance side if the windows are open/tilted. I would definitely book the apartment with 4-6 people again for my next stay in Zermatt.

We had a great stay at Tina’s place! Although there was a small issue during check-in, Tina responded very quickly and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. The house is fully equipped, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s also in a convenient location, just a short walk from the train station. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again!

We had a lovely time with five adults and one kid. The showers were heavenly and had dimmer lights in the bathroom. The location was so incredible. We are right in the middle of everything, but it was quiet at night. Only one flight of stairs. The manager of the restaurant got us checked in and so kind and helpful. We had amazing weather. Super clean. Fun historical pictures and murals. We liked the balconies and they had lap blankets. Had a nice cross breeze to cool off. Lots of windows. You buy your own coffee pods but they have the machine. Only a short walk from the train station. Recommend 100%

We enjoyed our stay at Robin's apartment. Although it is a compact space, everything is well set out and functions well. The apartment is immaculately clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. Good location - 15 minute walk from the train station. Restaurants and supermarket close by. We would recommend as a great choice for a short stay in Zermatt.

Oliver had various games, cards, kids books, kids toys, etc. The living room was spacious with plenty of seating, lots of dish ware and cookware, and we enjoyed the large table for meals. Great lighting with large windows and 2 doors to 2 outdoor spaces. Fantastic view of the Matterhorn from the patio and bedroom. There was not a tv or washer or dryer. We were are able to wash clothes in the sink and use his heated towel rack to our dry clothes. It was not a problem. His location is very close (approx 10 min walk steep up hill) to the town lookout spot for sunset in the Matterhorn. Get there early to get a good spot. This a must do! The unit is definitely perfect for families.

I enjoyed my stay in Zermatt because I stayed in Tatiana's apartment. The location, the cleanliness of the apartment, and the full range of amenities were all as advertised. Among them, I was most pleased to choose this one because of Tatiana's response. The reply was quick and accurate, and I was able to relax. I would like to stay again when I come to Zermatt. Both Marco & Oliver were excellent hosts! Special note to Oliver for being a good communicator, friendly, proactive and very helpful overall. He made sure both me and my fiancée felt at home. 5⭐️. Now the house: wonderful view to Matterhorn! It was just amazing! Both me and my fiancée had a good time specially during breakfast and dinner! The sunrise and sunset, the birds singing just made it truly enjoyable. Absolutely perfect Swiss chalet tucked away on the edge of the village. Stunning view of the 3 mountains, and well placed for various local walks as well as excursions further afield. Liza looked after us extremely well, always on hand for any problems (there were none!) or to help with any queries, and always with such good humour. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

It went very well in this property. Alessandra's welcome was very warm. The apartment and its location was very beautiful. We went on a bike ride from there and had a wonderful time in the mountains. Breakfast was included and very good. We enjoyed our stay

Stacey was a great host that met the us at the door and gave us helpful hints on things to do. The view from the porch was AMAZING and so peaceful. We spent almost every minute there when back from the very convenient hikes just a short way away. I would absolutely recommend staying here … literally can be in a hot tub looking up at Staubach Falls like it was your very own private waterfall.

Five stars is not enough! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The house was perfect – very clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you could need. A real feel-good home! We would like to highlight the host: He was in person at the check-in and check-out, incredibly friendly and accommodating. As a highlight, he even brought us fresh peaks in the morning – just great service and incredibly warm! We would come back anytime and can highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful time at Patrick's place. There's a lot of heart in this place. It just leaves nothing to be desired. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. A true paradise! Patrick and his father are people of heart who give a wonderful welcome. In the accommodation, you immediately feel comfortable and the highlight is the well-kept green area with breathtaking views of the mountains and whirlpool. We will definitely be back! Chuen was a great host and should be proud what he has done with his Swiss home. It’s a perfect accomodation to stay in a peaceful traditional place in Switzerland home, surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery whilst having everything you need, including a kitchen, great bed and bathroom for exploring the Swiss landscape. The hike from the train station is a little steep for those with suitcases, but for those back packing it is worth it. Would recommend to anyone staying in Switzerland!
