"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. Our cozy apartment is on the ground floor of a well-kept semi-detached house in a quiet residential estate. The terrace belonging to the apartment overlooking the countryside is used for relaxation. Located on the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

This fully equipped apartment has a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A living room with a cozy pull-out couch and TV. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.
