Nice place with a nice and accommodating host

This unit was just lovely. Osu was open and friendly and it was so clean and pleasant. They were very helpful loved the little touches of cookies and water. At night the night lights were calming and pretty. Thank you for a very pleasant stay

great place, quit and cosey. Bed was perfect, nice and firm. Just remember, top floor. Few flights of stairs. Full kitchen, if you need it.

house was beautiful, very spacious,clean,bedrooms were big,you didn't cramped, great tv with wifi,only think I didn't like was the sound of water inside the walls, we didn't use the towels we had our own and our own coffee pods.

Even before arrival I could tell Olu has put a lot of thought into being a good host, making sure there was clear and quick communication and explanation. He answered questions I had right away. When we arrived the place was clean and there were nice 'extras' of hospitality that made me and my friend feel very welcome. As with any place, there are quirks and Olu was very gracious and dealt with any questions very clearly and made sure we were ok. The main thing that's critical to me is good and fast communication and knowing we can reach out to our host about anything, and Olu was great about all of that. Thanks, Olu!

Great stay! Very quiet neighbourhood and cozy airbnb!

I spent a month at Jeremy's place, as I had to go to Winnipeg for work. Pros: - you have most of amenities for your day to day life. - very good value for money - the place's a bit smaller than the images would suggest, but for one person it's absolutely perfect, still doable for a couple - very walkable area, for someone who had to go almost on a daily basis in downtown, it was perfect. The suite is right near a school but the noise was never an issue, I'd say is a plus because it made the surroundings feel more alive. Cons: - I'd often smell an unpleasant scent inside and in the immediate area of the building around the neighborhood, not sure what. Maybe some fertilizer used by neighbours? - the apartment's door feels a bit fragile and doesn't really insulate from the buildings hallway. At night when some neighbour would get into the building and open his own door it sounds as if they are trying your door. Although the neighborhood looks generally safe A good experience overall

Very happy with our stay. Sunday is a kind and accommodating host and was helpful with a last minute extension we needed. Place is very clean and well equipped. Location is right downtown. Building is new and easy to access with self check in. Thanks for a great stay Sunday!

This was a great stay while we were visiting for the Manitoba Marathon. Very close to the stadium and walkable. Quiet and safe location. Would stay here again!

The space is an interesting building that has been renovated into the current spaces. Lots of walkable restaurants and shops nearby. Other than some confusion about the free parking, the place is lovely and as described.

I am a regular user of this house, and each year Rebecca manages to present the accommodation in a very fresh light. The welcome feel is reflected by Rebecca's genuine interest in the welfare and comfort of her guests , and her friendly personality shines through I will be back.

#4 was wonderfully comfortable, with the bed and pillows exceptionally amazing for our travel worn bodies. We hadn't had such a restful night in weeks. The unit was clean, the building quiet, and it had all that we needed for our short stay, including surprise snacks! Parking right out front is an added bonus.

A Truly Exceptional Stay I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than my stay here! The suite is beautiful—bright and welcoming, impeccably clean, thoughtfully equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer and an electric charger for my car. The location is ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from everything you might need. I loved exploring the walking trail right behind the house. The list of local recommendations provided was incredibly helpful, and I absolutely adored the Thai restaurant they suggested. Quite a few delicious and thoughtful surprises throughout my stay here made me feel very spoiled! Most importantly, I felt completely safe and cared for throughout my stay. The Hacktons are wonderful hosts, and it’s clear they’ve poured love and intention into creating a place that feels peaceful, welcoming, and full of heart. This is the kind of Airbnb you remember long after you leave.

Julie’s place was wonderful! It was exactly what I needed for a few days stay in Winnipeg! So extremely close to the Canada Life Centre which is why I picked the location! Julie was so responsive and kind and I felt right at home in her place! Thanks again Julie!

Great Place to stay at!

Nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable. The hosts are great; respond quickly and communicate well. You need a car to get around since it is on a busy street with few stores/restaurants nearby, but the dedicated parking space addresses that. Close to the university and safe, I would recommend to fellow travelers!

Quite possibly one of the most well-equipped rental units we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a lot!). Marco, our host, is an excellent communicator. Readily available and he responded to any questions with little delay. Great location, clear concise instructions, and super easy access provided you don’t need an elevator. Very comfy bed! Intimidating looking shower but after about 90 seconds, we figured it out. Now we want one! Just a lovely unit. Will definitely stay again.
