Completely satisfied! The apartment is equipped with everything you could need. Cozy and lovingly furnished (extra toys for the little children). Communication is always quick and friendly. An absolute highlight for the children: the opportunity (by arrangement) to use the great garden with trampoline and tree house!

I was there for an outpatient, multi-day stay of my son Auf der Bult with him and everything was perfect! We also got to the city center and to the hospital easily by scooter and on foot. For us, it could not have been better, the reception of Insa was also very warm and uncomplicated... if necessary, we will be happy to come back!

I love the flat, feels like home. Everything is clean and neat. Nice and quiet environment and very convenient location near to tram station and supermarket.

Enthusiastic and attentive host. Very spacious apartment with all comforts, tastefully furnished. Free parking in front of the door, and we could store the bicycles we brought in the garage The bus stops in front of the door, if a good fifteen minutes walk to the center is too much. And oh yes, the water in the shower is very quickly warm (we have also experienced otherwise ;-))

There were 4 of us in the accommodation and we felt very much at home. There is enough space and very comfortably furnished. The rooms are simply designed and offer good comfort. The hosts are nice and proactively approached us. We give a clear recommendation and would be happy to come back again.

Already upon arrival we immediately felt welcome. The holiday home is idyllically located on a small, quiet lake and offers exactly the perfect break from everyday life. The park-like, lovingly maintained garden invites you to relax and linger - here you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The house is excellently equipped: from the fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms to modern bathrooms - nothing is missing. Everything is very clean, well maintained and furnished with great attention to detail. We would especially like to highlight the hostess, who is incredibly friendly, helpful and warm. She provided us with valuable tips and made sure that our stay was perfect all around. If you are looking for peace, nature and comfort, this is the place to be. We spent a long weekend with a larger group at Ann-Catrin and Nigel's and felt completely comfortable. The two are great hosts: warm, helpful and very attentive. The house is brand new, built entirely of wood, which creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. It is very comfortable, well equipped and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. Since it is a wooden house, it is a little noisy, but this fits well with the character of the house and did not bother us. The garden was great for the kids. They could play there and let off steam. The surroundings with fields, meadows and small allotment gardens were also ideal for relaxing walks and small exploration tours. If we meet again in the middle of Germany, then we would be very happy to meet here again. We highly recommend the space and hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time, Ann-Catrin and Nigel!

We had a very relaxing time at Anja & Kai's! The host is very kind and open-minded. You feel welcome from the first moment. The accommodation was fully convincing. It is very spacious and offers plenty of space to retreat with a book, etc. The large kitchen is a pleasant place to cook as a group. At the end of a long day, the small but very cozy sauna is ideal! The idyllic location allows you to immediately switch off and relax. Excursions to surrounding villages are best done by car or bike. We will be happy to come back! Best regards, Simon & Friends

A great place with a great host. I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures – clean, well equipped and super cozy. The attention to detail and the garden was particularly beautiful for me. The house is large and offers plenty of space. Janett was extremely friendly, helpful and always available if any questions came up. The location of the property is also perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I'd love to come back!

Staying in this beautiful house was truly a dream. The house is incredibly stylish, high-quality and cozy and makes you feel right at home. Everything was perfectly clean. I have never experienced such a generously prepared house: drinks, a few snacks, spices, tea and and and were ready for us. After consultation, we were also allowed to enter the house a few hours earlier. Communication always worked perfectly and the answers always came quickly, and Perdita and Temkin are incredibly friendly and accommodating people. The house is a very, very big recommendation! Always happy to come back.

We wanted to visit Serengeti Park and were looking for an alternative place to stay and find luxury. We were just thrilled. We had everything we needed and more. Even thought about just spending time together in the house and letting the park be park. The house and garden were very clean and well maintained and the welcome with flowers sparkling wine and sweets unbeatable. How everything works and where everything is was explained very well and kindly. They were always available and gave tips. Even with unexpected things like another child, everything went smoothly. In the house, everything is available from a more than very well equipped kitchen with coffee, spices,oil, crushed ice, for everyone a provided beer and mineral water to board games, books, bicycles, pedal car, towels, bathrobes and shower items. The highlight is the whirlpool. We were just thrilled. Thank you!

A great apartment, which is lovingly furnished and in which we immediately felt very comfortable. The location was ideal for us as we could walk to everything we wanted. Despite the good location it was fantastically quiet. We thank you for the nice time and for trusting us to leave the apartment for a few days.

Great location close to train station, very easy to get into Nienburg town centre. Beautiful apartment very quiet and peaceful area. Access to get in very simple and easy instructions. Would definitely book again for another visit to Nienburg.

the apartment is equipped to a high standard, very above average for a holiday apartment. Unfortunately, we hardly had time and it is possible to use the amenities, as we were traveling from very early to very late.
