My stay at Amy and Jake's Konnoak Studio was wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Their kindness and hospitality made my trip special. The studio was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and well-equipped. It was a peaceful retreat in a quiet neighborhood, yet downtown Winston-Salem was easily accessible. Thoughtful touches like the Brita water filter were much appreciated! Amy's restaurant recommendations were spot-on, and Jake's suggestion of the Salem Lake Trail made my daily jogs a highlight of my trip. The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to downtown and major highways. I highly recommend Amy and Jake’s Konnoak Studio for a comfortable and welcoming stay. We felt right at home in her home. It was quiet and restful which was what we were looking for. The bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep almost immediately. My husband really enjoyed the squirrel outside the sliding door. I would recommend her to anyone.She is very friendly and she wants everyone to feel at home.

Jeff was a great host. He was so easy to communicate with throughout the process. we had a tiny hiccup getting in, but he solved it right away. The apartment is definitely up some stairs, so be ready for that. It's not the fanciest neighborhood (there was someone driving a 40 on the steps up to the unit when we first arrived), but it doesn't seem like that bad of a neighborhood either. It's right by a nice brewery and bbq place. The apartment is nice - clean and with all the basics that you need. I don't like memory foam beds, but that's just a preference. Water and snacks provided is a nice touch. Jeff kindly provided a crib for our baby but in the end we didn't end up using it because another place we were staying on our trip could not guarantee us a crib so we had to bring our own. Check in/out is a bit tight, but you know that going in. We would stay here again, but might try the other spot Jeff has on the first floor of the building. Thanks Jeff!

Great place, comfortable and cute. Great that parking was available. Easy to find, easy to walk to surrounding restaurants. Liz was super responsive and helpful!
