Located just 5 minutes from Mt Abrahm ‘s ski area , 20 minutes from Sunday River Ski Center, and 15 minutes from Bethel, a charmy town with great restaurants and unique attractions. This has been our family getaway for nearly 40 years. Recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom, heating/ AC system, Wi-Fi and a nice deck to enjoy your morning coffee. (6.6 miles) Our classic New England Cape home is the perfect place to meet family and cook and eat around the counter in our amateur chef’s kitchen. Crack some fresh Lobster from Shaws on Rt One they are happy to cook them for you.

Please note: We have a 3 Night Minimum for Holiday weekends. This charming and well appointed home is more than meets the eye. Master suite, fireplace, first floor bedroom and bath, deck, hot tub, there is nothing else you need. All walking distance to Back Cove and 2 miles to Portland's Old Port. Our space is ideally suited for 2-4 adults. Quiet gatherings best suit our home and neighborhood. We will consider renting to 6 (case by case), however there is an additional charge .

Beautiful house, updated and renovated by the owners. Very nice, quiet and friendly neighborhood on a dead end street. Clean, simple and modern home. Natural light in every space. Nice Bathrooms and updated Ikea kitchen. Open space in living room, very nice fence yard to watch from the living room and for kids to play. Wood and tile floors on the first floor. Carpet only on the bedrooms in the second floor. A lot of Storage and closets to make your stay very comfortable.

Our quiet residential Back Cove neighborhood is your perfect retreat from a busy day exploring Portland. Take a short drive to the center of the city, or enjoy the waterfront walking and biking trail which loops around the cove. Dine at Tipo or Woodford F&B, two neighborhood favorites. Come home to this newly renovated space and relax on the patio! Our space can accommodate four guests. Great for a family, or close friends! We look forward to hosting you!

Located along Main Street, this beautifully restored lake front home had a private dock and yard facing the lake. Come enjoy summer on the lake with our canoes, kayaks and corn hole. In the winter come to ice skate in the front yard and ski at Sunday River (20mins) or Mt Abrams (5mins). House offers high speed internet, a smart TV and modern amenities. Custom dining nook, custom kitchen and modern, yet cozy finishes throughout.
