The house has a total of 3 large double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. The dining and living area is spacious. There are 3 bathrooms in total. A special highlight is the large heated indoor pool with a counter-current system, which provides bathing fun all year round. *NEW* Sauna available! Moin! Welcome to Papenburg, Venice of Germany. Our apartment "Anni" is located in the Papenburg district of Obenende, right on the canal. Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was built in 2022 in accordance with the KfW 40+ standard and is therefore technically up to date (underfloor heating, ventilation system).

Although the apartment is located in my house, you have your own entrance area.
