Very charming, cozy studio with fantastic views of the mountains of Klosters! Thanks to its central location, the center of Klosters can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes/local bus 2 minutes. Klosters has various leisure activities that can be practiced in the summer and winter seasons. Golf course, sports center, beach, hiking/biking trails, Selfranga ski lift, ice rink and Gotschnabahn are in close proximity. From Gotschna by means of a valley descent with skis almost to the front of the house!

Unser APARTMENT MURMEL (ca. 30 m²) wurde 2024 NEU RENOVIERT und besteht aus einem Wohn-/Schlafraum mit TV, einem Doppelbett, einer Sitzecke und einer Küchenzeile mit Balkon. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet mit einem Induktionsherd mit Backrohr, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Filterkaffeemaschine, einer Kapselkaffeemaschine, einem Sodastream und einem Wasserkocher. Das Apartment verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und Haartrockner. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher sind inklusive.

Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Two bedrooms with double beds invite you to restful nights. In summer, a cozy seating area is at the disposal of our guests.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

From here you can directly start go skiing at the Kristberg or the Hochjoch area which belongs to the Silvretta Montafon

Die kleine Wohnung (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer (kein Kochherd), Dusche/WC) in einem 400 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ist in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Ardez. Im Haus und in der Wohnung befinden sich viele antike Gebrauchsgegenstände. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des Flairs aus alten Zeiten, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. Haus Tschuga is located above the Silbertal at 1100 m. We offer the ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer or for skiing or ski tours in winter.
