In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

Und die Gäste genießen das Feuer im Kamin. Hier erleben Sie Erholung pur. Trotzdem können Sie viel unternehmen. Plön, Kiel und Lübeck sind nicht weit. Auch ein See zum Baden und mit Wasserski ist in der Nähe. Ebenso ein Golfplatz und Minigolf. Kleinkunst + Kabarett gibt es im Nachbardorf Lutterbeck.

In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. The "House on the Beach" in Olpenitz offers direct access to the bathing bay and is located in one of the iconic beach villas. The vacation home is spread over three levels. On the ground floor is the open-plan living and dining area with access to the terrace. On the 2nd floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a balcony. On the 2nd floor, a sauna and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Baltic Sea invite you to relax. Two parking spaces and a shed for bicycles are available.

The friendly house has about 120 square meters of living space over 3 floors and consists of four bedrooms, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.).

We rent a cozy, vacation cottage close to Lake Selent, in the middle of one of the most beautiful vacation regions of Schleswig-Holstein. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in a large garden with an orchard and has its own terrace. It is only bathing area on the lake. 100 meters and 17 kilometers to the Baltic Sea.
