Monthly Rentals in Wittersham

It’s all been said before but… it was beautifully presented (top quality fittings, furniture etc), everything thought through for convenience and leisure… it’s like walking through the door to a warm hug! Also the bathroom is luxurious - have stayed in a few nice hotels but never had a roll-top bath ‘experience’ as good as here! The little outdoor area is an absolute haven and looks onto beautiful rolling fields (view that can also be enjoyed from the sofa if it’s drizzly). We were visiting family but I would have been happy to have spent a more time at the property relaxing with a good book etc. Can’t recommend highly enough - Joanna works very hard, but makes it look easy by being so relaxed and welcoming in her manner.

I’ve stayed several times here. Each time is better than the last. Vivienne is a wonderful host, and provided a cornucopia of items for breakfast. And lots of extra touches that made me feel very well cared for. The guinea fowl that thinks he’s a dog was adorable! And it’s the perfect place to stay if you want the peace of the countryside. At the back are heavenly fields, which had buttercups and butterflies. And a woodpecker landed on the tree next to my chair! An absolute gem of a place.

Our first time using AirBnB and Gemma couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The place was lovely and perfect for our stay with a 14 month old. Friendly hosts in a peaceful location. Thanks again Gemma.

we've just returned from a three night stay at Jackie's barn. myself and my husband, took my elderly mother with us. who has mobility issue's, Jackie went out of her way to still make sure mum saw all of the animals on her farm. She was so helpful and kind. The barn is absolutely stunning, and immaculately clean. I can't recommend Jackie's barn enough. For the beautiful surroundings, and being so close to the animals. Also lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. We will definitely return.
