A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family housing estate right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed, and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a stream. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest WiFi available!

Our guests can expect a spacious living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with 180 x 200 cm double bed, children's room with two single beds and a shower room.
