Quietly located basement apartment with separate Entrance in an idyllic location in the Black Forest, south of Freiburg. Access is via a staircase and through the garden. It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

Ideal for mountain bikers, hikers and bikers who like to use the mountain road on weekends. NOT available for parties. With good winter sports conditions, ski in, ski out. The town of Wieden itself is within walking distance. The Hotel Wiedener Hof (about 5-8 minutes) is open and has very good cuisine. No pets allowed. Cleaning costs €90 on site, obligatory.

Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
