The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Zum Apartment gehört ein Aussenbereich mit Grill und Feuerschale - mit wunderbarem Blick über die Mecklenburger Wiesen und Wälder. Oft sind Kraniche in unmittelbarer Nähe zu beoachten und zu hören. Am Rande des Naturparkes Sternberger Seenland und nicht weit vom Warnowdurchbruchstal gelegen, gibt es viele Ausflugsziele für Natur-, Kunsthandwerk- und Geschichtsinteressierte.

-Winterpause vom 22.Dezember 25-5.April 26- Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Our vacation home by the lake is an ideal retreat and recreation area. The bungalow, which is built with a lot of wood, has a nice living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, a bright bedroom, another sleeping area on the lower floor and two bathrooms. From the fully glazed dining area you have a wide view of the garden and the lake. Another lake for swimming is right next door. The cottage is set amidst a very quiet, small vacation home settlement.

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. The 4 separate apartments - all with en-suite bathrooms - leave enough space to retreat. At the same time, you can all cook, eat and chill in front of the fireplace together in the large kitchen. There is a large sun terrace, a barbecue behind the house, a football field, a climbing frame and a sauna. The nearest swimming spot is a 10-minute walk, about 800 m away.

Es ist gedämmt, mit Küche und Heizung ausgestattet und groß genug um dort auch länger Urlaub zu machen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Leute die einen gemütlichen Platz mit Ruhe und Natur suchen. Hier kann man wunderbar runterkommen und alle Hektik hinter sich lassen.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

During your stay with us, you will stay in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden part . It is also set up for long stays. In winter, wood and brikets are heated and it gets cuddly warm quickly. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought along, 1 ha. Couple directly by the car. Bathroom area and sauna are 50m from the main house.
