Welcome beautiful humans! We, Ailine and Pascal (~30 years; married), are looking forward to your visit! Stay as our guest and flatmate for a while; the apartment is spacious enough for all of us. Your private room is about 24m² (plus gallery) and thanks to the two large windows it is nicely bright - just like the rest of the apartment. We jointly share all the other areas (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining and living area). As we live here ourselves, we have everything you need to live well.

Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

The apartment has a large living/sleeping room with fitted kitchen, bed, wardrobe, dining table with 4 seats as well as a sofa bed with comfortable topper and TV system. The apartment is a private apartment and not suitable for wheelchair use. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower,toilet, sink, washing machine, hair dryer and a window.Pets are welcome.

This special accommodation is located directly on the river and directly at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.
