We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. Distance to Edward is 12 miles, we are 3 miles off of I-70 in between Edwards and Eagle in Wolcott. A short drive to all summer activities. Winter skiing is 15 minutes to Beaver Creek and 20 to Vail. Less than an hours drive to Glenwood Springs. Pet-friendly with cleaning fee, 420 is ok, but outside only please.
