This house has a cozy feel with rustic charm and is the perfect getaway for those wishing to escape to nature. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy numerous local hiking trails and we're just 25 minutes from popular areas such as Mohonk Preserve, Sams Point, Minnewaska. A goat sanctuary, animal lovers can visit with our over 30 rescue goats, chickens, dogs and of course, local wildlife

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

A perfect hideaway to embrace a mountain visit, with modern conveniences. 2 acres of private, park-like land, that’s incredibly zen and encourages wandering. Sit near our koi pond, or relax on our decks–each with a view of Lake Paradise. A peaceful sanctuary, our 2 Bedroom cabin features a seasonal (Nov-Apr) wood-burning fireplace, views of nature, and modern amenities for those who don't want to fully unplug.

Spend some time in a classic Catskill Bungalow! Beautifully renovated and nestled in the quiet yet all-inclusive Hamlet of Hurleyville; this clean space offers a great place to rest your head and bones. In the cooler months enjoy a beverage by the fireplace or in the warmer months have one on the porch and look out at all the green there is around. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

A gorgeous, spacious and secluded retreat with a fabulous swimming/skating pond and two wood-burning stoves surrounded by 135 acres of meadow and hiking trails, and a short jaunt to miles of untouched wilderness. This 160-year-old farmhouse is super cozy in winter and can easily accommodate large groups but offers plenty of privacy.
