Just the perfect cabin. This newly built, passive solar house has a wood-burning stove, incredible views and is drenched with light. The house is intimate yet connected to the outside, with total seclusion and every imaginable modern convenience! It’s an architect-designed marvel of concrete, glass and reclaimed wood that sits on 135 acres of field and forest with a lovely swimming pond and miles of hiking trails. The cabin sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a spacious sleeping loft.

A perfect hideaway to embrace a mountain visit, with modern conveniences. 2 acres of private, park-like land, that’s incredibly zen and encourages wandering. Sit near our koi pond, or relax on our decks–each with a view of Lake Paradise. A peaceful sanctuary, our 2 Bedroom cabin features a seasonal (Nov-Apr) wood-burning fireplace, views of nature, and modern amenities for those who don't want to fully unplug.

This stunning house has been renovated and offers total privacy and serenity - sitting on 5 acres at the end of a quiet road. The Mountain Terrace has an indoor wood stove, a deck with a beautiful view, a fire-pit, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double high ceiling in the main living space. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a private yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

Welcome to our bungalow. We offer a 3 bedroom, 4 bed location (1 queen, 1 full, 2 twin beds) in Woodbourne NY. There is quiet greenery and a large backyard for kids and pets to play outdoors while you BBQ. We are pet friendly. Amenities include kitchen with stove, fridge, coffee machine, toaster oven, wifi, tv, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor or indoor dining. Air conditioning in the main living area only. Night time temperature is cool where air conditioning is not necessary.

A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

That 70s Camp is an updated farmhouse with a retro vibe perched atop a grassy knoll with idyllic meadow views. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
