This was my second stay at Daniel's place. I highly recommend it. One thing that stood out was that on the day of my arrival the power was shut down in the neighborhood for maintenance. Daniel kept me updated every step of the way and when the power was restored he went to the unit and turned on the A/C to cool the place down. I was able to adjust my travel and arrived to a comfortable home as if nothing happened. This is one example of how Daniel goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an outstanding experience.

Rob is extremely communicative, helpful, and easy going. It was the perfect home for our family getaway. It has ample space and beautiful views. We can’t wait to go back!

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

We booked the place for our sons graduation at Chapman. It was perfect for family and friends to stay and pop in and enjoy each others company! It was not as close as I hoped for walking to things but super easy and convenient. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Our son lived close to campus so we could park at his house to walk to all the campus graduation events so this was totally fine. The pool, the games, the covered outdoor seating and the spaciousness of the place made it so easy and fun. The house was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the hosts thought of everything with pool towels, games, sunscreen etc. I'd definitely book again!

The house was beautiful and back yard was gorgeous as well. Beautiful views, clean pool and jacuzzi and roomy enough for a cook out after wedding gathering we had , using grill, lounge chairs and large table and chairs, it was comfortable for all. House was perfect for all 7 of us to attend my son’s wedding. Perfect location and host was responsive and helpful on every question I had , including getting us an espresso machine within 12 hours !We all loved it and would highly recommend !

Cute tiny house fully stocked with everything you might need. Easy walk to downtown and plenty of restaurants nearby. Sylvia is very responsive should you need anything.

We had such a great time staying here! The place was super family- and pet-friendly, which made everything so easy. The pool was awesome, and there were plenty of fun outdoor things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ariel’s place. The house had everything we could possibly need. We spent most evenings enjoying her beautiful backyard and the great weather. Ariel was very responsive whenever we had any questions. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in the area.

We rented this place to visit family in Riverside, it is in an extremely quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Had a great kitchen that made it very convenient for us. Highly recommend this home if you're staying in Riverside.

We had a fantastic stay here during graduation week at local college. Very peaceful, clean and wonderful location. Way better than staying in a hotel! Excellent host too.

Chelle was very responsive and the place was extremely nice and clean! The pool and hot tub were really nice and the location was very quiet and nice.

Spacious 2 story historic house impeccably restored on the inside. Great loca6on, 5 minute walk to Riverside's downtown center, museums, restaurants and the historic Mission hotel/restaurants. On a main street across from the Civic Center, however it was very quiet inside the house - traffic or Civic Center activity noise was not an issue. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms well stocked with linens and towells. 2.5 bathrooms, only one with a walk in shower, the other had a tub. Very spacious 4 bedroom home. Owner was responsive. We boioked late when a reduced rate was provided, so our value was excellent.

A truly wonderful and serene escape! This Airbnb was incredibly peaceful and tranquil, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. We loved every moment, appreciated the hosts responsiveness, and would certainly book again!

My stay at Kelly’s place in Riverside was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment I booked, communication was top-notch. Kelly was incredibly proactive, clear, and responsive, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The home itself was a peaceful retreat. Nestled in a quiet area, it offered a perfect escape from the busyness of daily life. I especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The space felt cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether I was enjoying a quiet morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kelly was a fantastic host, and I would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Riverside. I’ll definitely be keeping this spot in mind for future trips!

Absolutely stunning home! The amenities were so perfect for my large family! The neighborhood was so picturesque with the mountains in the background! Very tranquil neighborhood! Guests I would recommend purchasing new house shoes to wear around the home since shoes are not allowed so, your feet and calves don’t hurt from walking barefoot on the hard floor your entire stay. We stayed in the hot tub/pool to for relaxation and feet comfort! The game room in the garage was a nice getaway for the night time and the pool table was a hang out spot for all the older guests. The hosts were always friendly and available for all of our needs even when the breaker went off they quickly let us know where the breaker box was located so we could restore power! I will be back! I can’t wait to come back to California and be able to explore more and come back home to this beautiful Airbnb!! Thank you for having us!!
