Welcome to our home! We built a private studio apartment for you to enjoy! Just 10 minutes from downtown. This stunning property is surrounded by trees, wildlife & sounds from the FB River. We live in the house upstairs and my in-laws live in the other apartment down below. Although your stay will be private, we are here to help if need be, but respect your space and solitude. Please note- there are NO shared air vents in this space. Unit has it’s own A/C, heat. *We had no damage from Helene*

It is the perfect starting point to a downtown Asheville excursion, just 15 minutes away, and to an endless array of outdoor activities in the Blue Ridge Mountains. 3 miles away is the charming town of Weaverville with its quaint atmosphere, artisan shops and distinctive restaurants. Le Petit Bleu is a warm, color-filled, cozy artisan cottage. The home is pet friendly w bamboo floors and tile. We offer a coffee/espresso machine, fully stocked kitchen, plush comfy bathrobes, aromatherapy vaporizer w essential oils, Sealy Posturepedic pillow-top king sized beds in both bedrooms each w four pillows, a large covered deck w privacy curtains, twinkle lights, a bistro set, and a fenced back yard. We are 5 minutes by car from downtown Asheville and its wonderful art and culture.
