Doubleview Delight - east wing of private home

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. You will have use of your own private queen bedroom in the east wing of my home in the peaceful suburb of Doubleview. I am only a short driving distance to fabulous Scarborough beach & Brighton beach; Innaloo & Karrinyup shopping centres; Event Cinemas; Jackadder Lake; and walking distance to Hale Hockey Club; and Hale School. There are numerous cafes, restaurants (Thai, Indian & Western); and fast food outlets nearby. Free WiFi and Netflix

The West Wing

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and own living/dining, as well as its own bathroom and laundry facilities. Linen including beach towels, is supplied. There is a stunning swimming pool and guest have use of a barbecue and outdoor wok. The apartment is part of our family home (we live in the main residence), but is completely self contained with access through your own lock up garage or via a sliding door into the living room. Only 5 minute drive to Perth's best beaches.

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Scarborough Beach Retreat

The “Beach Retreat" is a stunning property only a stone's throw to the twinkling blue waters of Scarborough Beach, Western Australia. With sunset views from the elevated terrace and interiors architecturally designed this compact apartment offers a luxurious coastal stay. The bedroom has a queen bed and organic linens. Wash away the salty water in the rain head shower with designer vanity and accents. The dining has booth seating that connects to kitchen modern kitchen.

Home away from home

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place with own private patio and garden. Suitable for a couple, 3 adults or a family with 1-2 small children. Air mattress for additional guest beyond initial 2. Bus into CBD on your door step or 10 mins drive to CBD. Beach less than 10 minutes away by car and parks, restaurants, shopping centre and more within walking distance.

One bedroom self-contained apartment

Adults only - our one bedroom apartment provides all amenities and is about 5km from Perth CBD. There's easy access to the freeway. Subiaco or Leederville shopping and restaurants are a mere 5 minutes away. It's a small hop, skip 'n jump to Cottesloe or City Beach.

Light, airy, private studio.

It is completely self-contained with toilet and shower. Tea and coffee making facilities provided with a microwave. It is 4km from the city and 4km from the beach close to rail and bus. There are shops bars and cafes close by. Bus service is 150m.
