It was everything as described Really peaceful place The first thing I always check is if the buildings smell like cigarettes, but this building didn’t so it was the first sign that it was a healthy neighborhood Everything was good Only details one of the windows from the bedrooms didn’t lock But other than that everything was good ! A good place for Childs Make sure you ask before reserve which floor you will be at, I was on the top room, and was kind of annoying go up and down with my baby The place is a really good place for family, they also have some toys for kids entertainment

This us a wonderful little jam for a stop over in Illinois. Sherri and mike were very gracious host and very helpful. The apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom apartment and very cozy. Everything you need is there in a place I would stay again.

Iryna’s place was just what I needed for a quick stay since my family nearby didn’t have space for me. Slept wonderfully and the shower was really nice

Barry is a very hospitable host and communicates well. That was very appreciated. The place has all that you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Everything was clean (and I have high standards!). In my opinion 5 stars is near perfection and because I cannot fault Barry for anything - description is accurate, photos accurate, transaction smooth, etc. - I am giving that rating. I personally did not like the townhouse complex where it was located. But I have pretty high standards because it appears none of the other reviewers had issues. My family was fine with everything. We did have to ask the neighbors sharing a wall to turn down their music after 10:30pm because the bass was pounding. They accommodated somewhat. We were visiting our family nearby for a few days so it was super convenient. Many thanks to the host for being so hospitable!
