Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

Woodstock Historic Artist Estate - The Carriage House

Acclaimed social realist painter Reginald Marsh's family estate is known to be unique for Woodstock with its ball shaped junipers, a pond that brackets the house, expansive lawns, a gathering of birches and 100 year old cone shaped cedar trees. Today the former carriage house of the picturesque estate is an architect-renovated gem in an idyllic setting bordering a public preserve, a short walking distance to the center of Woodstock.

Fern Forest Tent

This is a large tent, elevated four feet on a wooden platform. The property abuts the preserve forest under Mohonk Mountain, nestled against Coxing Kill Creek. This space offers near-complete privacy on the edge of the property, isolated from the bustle of farm life. Electricity is provided, but there is no Wi-Fi or running water.
