The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

This place was spacious, modern, clean, and very well equipped for 5 adults and several babies requiring high chairs and plastic spoons and beakers. Lots of cutlery and crockery too - no washing up before you could sit down to thd next meal, which I've known in other place. There was a huge fridge and a big freezer; the appliances were clean, new and easy to use. Lovely linen and comfy beds. Nicola was speedy in her responses and allowed us an earlier check-in and later check out which was massively helpful we had a lovely stay and would certainly consider returning. Thank you Nicola

Calm place and well maintained, we enjoyed the stay.

My wife and I had a lovely time at Lucy’s, we were so fortunate to experience the gorgeous manor and its grounds! Everything was in pristine condition and comfortable. The coach house had everything needed and Lucy was a great help to make our time extra special. This is the perfect place for a romantic and special experience for those who appreciate historical properties and beautiful gardens. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to book the manor!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Beautiful home! Absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were so gorgeous and the property was 5 star hotel standard. It’s not often that you stay somewhere that the beds are comfier than your own and these were. They had thought of every little detail. Couldn’t recommend more.

Very comfortable house with great views and lovely gardens. Although in a very private location, it was in easy distance of local amenities and many of the great places to visit in the Cotswolds.

Middle Cottage was perfect for a long weekend away from the city. Interior was as good as Soho House and we loved the artwork and range of books to look through. We enjoyed walks nearby and The Bull pub for dinner one evening- highly recommend!

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. This is a lovely find.. Peaceful surroundings and near to Oxford where we had a wedding Near to Blenheim palace Lots of good wild flower meadows and good running routes House cosy and spotless Great that enough toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets provided and laundry. Makes such a great difference. Beds could be a little more comfortable but fine Great instructions and friendly host Thsnks so much Would book agsin

OMG, I don’t have the adjectives to describe this trip! I booked it for myself, my husband and our dog & it was pure perfection. Lesley was helpful as anything, gave a list of local recommendations and the easiest check in/out instructions. It was clean, fresh bedding and location was PERFECT for where we needed (within a half hour drive of all the tourist spots we wanted to visit). Lesley let us bring our dog, left a card for us and a towel/bag of treats for the dog just in case he wanted a swim in the canal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, cosy and had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and smelt lovely in every room. Very good quality, linen, furniture and appliances. Lovely touches such as fresh bread, milk, orange juice and fresh flowers when we arrived. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful house with excellent amenities. The garden is super secure for dogs and very private. Rosie was a great host and communications were clear and responsive. An amazing weekend treat for all of us.

I had such a lovely stay at Kieran’s place in Charlbury! Kieran was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host - he went out of his way to recommend some fantastic local spots, which really helped us make the most of our weekend. The house itself is absolutely charming - beautifully kept, full of character, and felt like a real home away from home. It was also great value for money, especially considering the quality of the space and the experience overall. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again!

Elinor was a lovely host who was super responsive and clear about instructions to find the location. Elinor greeted me and showed me through the property and was so gracious in extending the check out time to make a later train!! Loved my stay and would look to book again if ever in the area!

Jane and her husband what lovely, attentive and responsive hosts who made us feel welcome and at home for the weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and felt so cosy, there is ample parking, and - there's chickens! We even received some homegrown eggs as a leaving gift. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at the Corner Cottage, it was in a great location with beautiful surroundings and very easy to get around! Carla was very accommodating and responsive as well, would definitely recommend!

Thank you for having us to stay. Hornbeam Cottage is a lovely property in a great location. It comfortably accommodated the three generations of our family. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor was particularly welcome for the grandparents! Everything was great, particularly the hot tub and the garden space as it was a lovely weekend to sit outside. Thanks too for the recommendations for brunches, lunches and dinner 😀 - we enjoyed it all!

Absolutely lovely! The cottage and location were perfect for my family. The backyard was a picturesque place for our children to run around. All of their recommendations were spot on. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in the Cotswolds.

Really enjoyed our stay in the cottage, the area was peaceful, well connected to Oxford and you can enjoy some great walks. The cottage is beautiful, spacious and was great to stay for a wedding weekend in Oxford for a friend. Would highly recommend.
