Holiday rentals with a patio in Woodstock

Our short stay at Jon & Laura's was perfect. We loved the patio with comfortable garden furniture, for tea outside on arrival and for a leisurely breakfast. The pristine bathroom was a joy to use. Jon's information on the local area was well-received... we enjoyed our evening 50 minute walk to a pub for food & drink and our morning visit to The Gloucester Quays. (We also won our Tennis match!)

Josie welcomed us to the apartment and gave us a thorough introduction to its amenities and an overview of the surrounding area. It was an easy walk to the local bus stations from which we could reach all the beautiful villages in the Cotswolds. Cheltenham is a wonderful and walkable city whose residents are quick to offer assistance to anyone puzzling over a tourist map; of which the city library offers freely (in case you misplace yours).

We loved our stay at Lorraine’s Annex Airbnb. Everything was as described. Because of the very hot weather we were given a cool sheet to make the sleeping situation easier. However there was also a fan to aid the temperature. Everything was provided and besides milk and fruit juice, Lorraine also provided breakfast cereal, coffee and tea. The apartment is beautifully appointed and we felt very much at home. The distance to Blenheim to visit the Nocturne concerts was ideal. Meeting Lorraine and her husband we found them very helpful and friendly. We felt that they had gone out of their way to provide everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this venue in a delightful village in the Cotswolds.

It was a gem of a home and both Emily and Scott made sure that guests would feel right at home with their thoughtful gestures like ensuring there are sufficient kitchen materials and generous toiletries for guests. location was superb and it was so easy moving and places. definitely recommend for anyone keen to find a temporary home when visiting Cotswolds.

Thank you Jenn & Nick for hosting us in your accommodation. It was a pleasure to discover the Cotswolds by staying in this small and cosy flat. Everything was very clean and tidy. The flat has everything you need for a few days (also shampoo and conditioner!). The accommodation is only 5-10 minutes walk from the centre, where there are many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Parking is easy on the street or nearby. The only drawback is that there is another flat upstairs and the floor sounds a lot when guests walk around.

This house is highly recommend. Spacious with cozy decorate and well equipped. Host also very helpful and quick action when we got an issue.

I was staying for a party in the area, so needed to drop my car early and check in late in the evening, which was readily accommodated. The space itself was a very nice, clean and well set up annexe. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen set up for cooking if needed - with a fridge. All in all I was delighted, would have been perfect if I'd needed a few days away for work too.

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. I had such a lovely stay at Kieran’s place in Charlbury! Kieran was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host - he went out of his way to recommend some fantastic local spots, which really helped us make the most of our weekend. The house itself is absolutely charming - beautifully kept, full of character, and felt like a real home away from home. It was also great value for money, especially considering the quality of the space and the experience overall. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again!

We stayed at Acre Lodge over the late May bank holiday and it was brilliant. The lodge is clean, well laid out and with all the amenities and equipment you need for a restful stay. The fixtures and fittings are all great quality and the hot tub is good fun. The Mason Arms is a five minute walk away and a fantastic pub for food, service and atmosphere. Janet was a great host, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly recommend The Little Forge for a stay in the Cotswolds - it was so pretty, peaceful and the hot tub was a bonus! We stayed here for our mini moon after our wedding for a bit of rest and relaxation and got just that! Kelly gave us super clear instructions of where to park and how to get in - all really easy. The cottage itself is really pretty, has all the home comforts you could possibly need as well as being in walking distance to a great pub with delicious food and really good service. It was peaceful and relaxing - Kelly had thought of all amenities you might need during your stay - it felt like a home away from home. The cottage is a great base to explore lots of the Cotswolds - we enjoyed Stow-on-the-Wold, walk no. 4 in the "40 walks in the Cotswolds" book, Cowley Manor Experimental for an afternoon spa trip and The Feathered Nest. We loved our stay - would love to come again some time! Thank you!

We had a lovely 6 night stay at Strawtop Cottage 2. We were 4 adults and the accommodations were delightful. The beds were so comfortable. The cottage is beautifully styled and maintained to an impeccable standard. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the comfortable furnishings, is first class. Josie and Charlie are wonderful hosts that go above and beyond. They welcomed us with generous local goodies that added a lovely personal touch. The amenities throughout are wonderful and the recommendations they gave us for places to visit and dine were on point. We highly recommend Strawtop Cottage to anyone looking for a wonderful experience at a charming cottage in a lovely village easily accessible to all that the Cotswolds has to offer. Thank you again Josie and Charlie for making our first trip to the Cotswolds absolutely perfect! We will be back!

Thank you for having us to stay. Hornbeam Cottage is a lovely property in a great location. It comfortably accommodated the three generations of our family. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor was particularly welcome for the grandparents! Everything was great, particularly the hot tub and the garden space as it was a lovely weekend to sit outside. Thanks too for the recommendations for brunches, lunches and dinner 😀 - we enjoyed it all!

Stay here! If you are visiting the Cotswolds, this is a great choice. Very unique but very comfortable ‘home’. The remodel is so tasteful and functional. The surroundings are gorgeous. The pub is walkable. Jacks Green is a great village, and we visited a dozen of them. One note: the roads are very narrow…caution when driving and walking. Overall, 5-star stay! Don’t miss this one.

Very relaxed stay in a quiet; but easily accessible part of Chipping Norton - we will probably stay again if Samantha will have us.

Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

We were so happy to have found Joanne’s place. It is much bigger than the photos appear and very comfortably accommodated our 4 adults. Fresh flowers, biscuits, milk and breakfast pastries were a nice extra touch. It was just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Cheltenham and with free on road parking it was a very convenient location. Communication with Joanne was quick and friendly at all times. We hope to return for another stay in Cheltenham.

Susan’s apartment was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, excellent condition and great location for not visiting nearby friends and walking to town.

Beautiful apartment located in the grounds of a truly impressive Cotswolds property. Ideally located for visiting the Cotswolds and Oxford. Super helpful and friendly host. Can’t recommend it enough one of our best Air BnB experiences.

Had an amazing couple days staying here! Was just how the booking described and even had a furry friend who came to greet us 🐱 we will deffo be visiting when we come back to Oxford! :)

This is the perfect place to stay in Stratford Upon Avon! Such a nice experience to stay in a building with so much history and character and, at the same time, the flat is really modern, well equipped and quiet inside. We only stayed for 1 night but you can see how Sarah has thought of every detail so that it's great for longer stays too. I would 100% pick to stay here again. Sarah was incredibly helpful with sorting out parking permits and giving us instructions on where to park, so that it was completely stress free getting there. It's right on the high street, super close to everything.
