Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

The Berlin Boho Bungalow is the dream home of a family of artists—a mother and daughter team, a contractor husband, and adult grandkids. Set on 1.5 acres in historic Berlin, MD. This ground level guesthouse apartment is located 200 feet from our main house is on an over 12 acre partially wooded parcel. Plenty of privacy and room for boat trailer parking.
