Such a beautiful home! It also was very cozy and peaceful. The beach and pier is a nice walk away and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. Host was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything. I will most definitely be staying here again!

This is the second time staying at this location. Our family enjoyed our time here. We loved our days at the beach and evening walks to town for ice cream or dinner. Convenient location, cute place to stay. Love the screened in porch!

We needed a small place to stay for a few days and this was the perfect place for the two of us; it was cozy, spotless, well equipped for all that we needed and the decor was beachy which was perfect for the area. Jacob was quick and attentive to any question we had - it was so quiet and peaceful outside. It was a perfect getaway for us - we would highly recommend to anyone needing a nice, quiet place in the future. Thank you!!!

I arrived after dark, on a Friday, so I was thinking I’d have some challenge to find the house. I was wrong! There was a guard at the gate who was quite friendly and helpful, gave me the parking pass for my stay and a map with outlined directions to find the street and the house. I found it first time through. Keys were in the lockbox, instructions were clear and the gate pass card was in the dish on the table. I had a lovely quiet night in a very comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. After a 10 hour drive I needed that! In the morning I had a small convenience issue, which Terri and Shawn were immediately responsive to, offered me a self service solution which worked fabulously and I had no other problems during my stay for a total of 8 nights. I especially loved the water pressure in the shower! Love that the house is a short hop from both OC and Assateague! I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and our 2 small children had a great time. There was tons of space for them to run around and children’s beach toys for them to enjoy at the beach, just 15 minutes away!

This house is very spacious, comfortable and very homey. We had a great stay! We were initially concerned about it having only one and half bathrooms but once we were there we didn’t even notice it. The bathroom is so big and the half bathroom is ideally situated at the other end of the house, which was very convenient. We would definitely recommend it and will book it again on our next trip to Salisbury.

Rented the home to stay close to Berlin for lacrosse tournament. The home had a room for each dad (2) and the 10 y/o teammates shared the (2) twin bed room. House was spotless inside. Everything was labeled and clear. Perfect solution if you have a tournament lacrosse or baseball in “OC” but it’s actually played in Berlin.

My family & I had a great time at Ryan's place. Everything was wonderful, starting with the communication with Ryan. The house was as pictured and felt at home immediately. The upstairs was a perfect area for kids to play with toys already provided. Our family really enjoyed the board games as we had a rainy day on friday and this kept us occupied. If we are ever in the area we would certainly try to book Ryan's place again.

From the very first contact with Adam, he was AMAZING. Very helpful, proactive, and engaging. I felt like I was messaging a friend. The condo was the absolute best! The pictures don’t do any justice to how clean, comfortable, and inviting the space is. Everything was immaculate from the moment we stepped into the front door and throughout. The air conditioning units in each room along with the washer and dryer made our stay that much more comfortable. The beach and boardwalk are 3 1/2 blocks away. Local restaurants are within walking distance and if you have a car, the entire Ocean City Md is yours to explore. The neighborhood is quiet, tucked away from all the hustle-and-bustle of busy beach areas, yet close enough for you to be in the mix within a 5-minute stroll. My family enjoyed every moment here, and are already seeking to plan our next trip to Ocean City at Adam’s condo. Thanks again, Adam.

Super happy with our stay here. On the quieter side of Ocean City and right next to the beach. It had everything I needed: easy beach access, perfect location, quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable as well. Even had a Brita filter in the fridge, so I didn't have to go buy water bottles.

Kathy and Johns place had an easy check in process. The house is very nice and clean. It was just the right size for the 2 of us. The house is very clean and located mins from the beach. It rained two of the days we were there. We stayed in, the area is very quiet and relaxing. Kathy or John was very responsive if we had any questions. If we go back, I would love to stay here again.

April was wonderful! She texted me all the information I needed within minutes. There was an information sheet that I think should have been available through the Airbnb website but I didn’t get it. Happily she texted it to me immediately. The beds were super comfortable, the view was amazing, the location was perfect, and they even had all the beach equipment that we needed. I would definitely rent from her again! Thank you for a great weekend!

Hand down what an AIRBNB is supposed to be. The place is just like the pictures and smells crystal clean upon arrival. The mattress and linens were so comfortable it had me wanting to replace my mattress! This was the perfect place for annual girls weekend. Let me explain how gracious they were. We had previously picked a different Airbnb and the moment we walked into the place realized we had been PUNKED. I wont get into that whole story but needless to say it was nothing like what was advertised and we actually felt unsafe. I reach out to Steven immediately and he responded right away. Although the reservation would mean us checking in within hours of the booking he was willing to accommodate us with very short notice. The communication was flawless and Steven was truly our saving grace for the trip. What turned into a rough start ended on a very high note. Thank you, again Steven!

Mandy was a wonderful host and the condo was perfect. We would certainly stay there again if we find ourselves on another trip to Ocean City.

This place is great for anyone that wants to enjoy the beach. There are several cool places and restaurants within walking distance and the house was in pristine condition when we came. The place had everything we needed and more. Great cooking supplies and tools, utensils, bedding, towel, everything. Super easy to get anything done.

This was my second time staying at Judy's for an organized bike ride, and it was as amazing as my first visit. It is a safe, comfy cozy space for a solo traveler - you feel the Ocean City vibes with a bit more peace and quiet. The parking is convenient, it's easy to come and go, and I always sleep so well and enjoy waking up to the sounds of birds. Not only was it perfect for my bike ride, but it's also so close to Ocean City, the boardwalk, great restaurants (like Sunset Grille!), and other shops/outlets. Judy is friendly and welcoming - thanks again for a wonderful time and I hope to make it for year 3 next spring, if not sooner!

We had a great stay at Surfers Dream. The condo was as good if not better than it appears online, the location was great being away from the hustle of the boardwalk area but close enough to easily enjoy everything it has to offer. We came for the Boardwalk Rock Festival and it was our first time at Ocean City. We were all very pleasantly surprised by how nice the whole area was and didn’t expect such a great boardwalk and beach for miles. The condo was a perfect fit for our group and we will definitely consider future visits.

The place is awesome. Great views great location. Perfect get away we will be coming back for sure 👍

We loved staying at Heathers place. Very comfortable and felt like home. We really appreciated the Welcome book she provided which gave us all kinds of recommendations for food, drink and activity. We will be coming back!

Richard was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. He went over and beyond! The place was very clean. It was walkable to a private beach and nearby ice cream, coffee, and restaurants. A quick walk to the bus station for an easy and cheap ride to the boardwalk. Loved the balcony and view of the pool. Easy parking also! Lots of parking available. Everything was very clean and smelled amazing too. Would absolutely recommend this home, we hope to stay here again in the future!

My husband and I decided to go on a getaway last minute. We found Seth’s place and were able to book the unit for the days we had available. It was great and met all of our expectations. We have been to OC and Fenwick many times and knew this is where we wanted to stay. It did not disappoint and we hope to rent again in the near future.

Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!

Selena was thorough, clear check in/check out instructions, with alot of recommendations included in the home. The condo was very clean & fully stocked with whatever we may need. Very, very peaceful & cozy!! We all slept so well, as if we were home in our own space. Not far from the boardwalk & lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend & stay again.
