Die Wege zur Stadtmitte und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind kurz und fußläufig erreichbar. Im direkten Umfeld befinden sich zahlreiche Versorgungseinrichtungen wie Bäcker, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Bio-Laden, Gastronomie. Im Haus befinden sich vier Wohnungen und zwei Arztpraxen, dahinter ein nachts verschlossener Parkplatz.

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
