Schleusenmeistergehöft Gottesgnaden

Das Haus befindet sich auf der Saale-Insel Gottesgnaden. Hier lebte und arbeitete der Schleusenwärter mit seiner Familie. Heute kannst du hier auf der 7x4 m großen Terrasse entspannen, es dir in der tollen Wohnküche mit Kaminofen gemütlich machen, die Flusslandschaft genießen, angeln, Standup paddeln oder im ca. 1000qm großen Garten chillen. Das Haus ist ein Einzeldenkmal und gehört zur Schleuse. Die Schleuse ist in Betrieb und wird vom Wasser- und Schifffahrtsamt gewartet und instand gehalten.

The beautiful clay house is located on a small hill, in the immediate vicinity of the village church. The cozy courtyard offers a wine-covered pergola with plenty of space, as well as sunny breakfast spots in the courtyard or in the garden behind the house. But even in the colder season, the house invites you to linger. For example, by the fireplace in the spacious kitchen or to make music in the piano room with a beautiful view over the village and the nearby manor house. Sole use/detached!

Sie verfügt über Satellitenfernsehen im WZ, in 2 Schlafräumen und Küche sowie gratis nutzbares WLAN. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein ca. 900 qm großer Garten zum erholen und entspannen. Hier können Sie in Ruhe Ihr Frühstück genießen und den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Das geräumige Wohnzimmer, die große Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzgelegenheit laden zum entspannten Wohlfühlen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Freibad ist gleich in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 3 km bis zum Goitzsche-Wald, mit dem Auto 15 Minuten bis zum freien Parkplatz am Goitzsche-See.

In the middle of the old town of the Renaissance city of Torgau and yet only a stone's throw from the natural expanses of the Elbe and Elbe meadows lies this half-timbered house - a particularly carefully renovated historical treasure with 500 years of architectural and art history that can still be experienced today.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Das rund 100 qm große Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem Nebengebäude eines Drei-Seiten-Hofes, dem ehemaligen Wildschützer Pfarrhof. Die mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung auf zwei Etagen bietet zwei Schlafräume, zwei Bäder und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Neben der Haupteingangstür führt eine Küchentür direkt in den grünen Innenhof. Die Terrasse bietet Sitzplätze und einen Grillplatz. Hinter der Scheune liegt der weitläufige Garten mit Swimmingpool.

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.
