Kellinghusen is centrally located between the North and Baltic Seas, all of which are easily accessible by car, which invites day trips. The cities of Hamburg and Kiel are about 1 hour away and can be reached quickly via the A7. The train station in Wrist is about 5 km from our property, good bus connection or taxi. This beautiful apartment is located in Hohenaspe. You live on the upper floor of a detached house. The apartment has a living room with a dining area, a bedroom and a kitchenette that offers everything. There is also a modern, spacious bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. Very good shopping options are within walking distance. The district capital of Itzehoe is a 10-minute drive away, Büsum is a 45-minute drive, and Hamburg is very easily accessible by bus and train.

The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

The trailer is about 800 m from the swimming pool and the first shopping facilities. To the rear you have an unobstructed view of meadows and fields. The path to Kellinghusen leads along the dike. Looking over the dike, you have a view of a beautiful wetland with frogs and birds.
