Die Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage (2 Treppen) und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer und einer vollausgestatteten Küche mit Essplatz. Der Garten mit viel Rasenfläche kann genutzt werden, Gartenmöbel und ein kleiner Grill sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und bietet alles zum Wohlfühlen und Abschalten. Achtung: Kein Winterdienst!

Enjoy the peace and quiet on the edge of Hahnenklee with a view of the forest. You can start hiking, jogging and cycling tours directly at the house. The flat was completely renovated in 2021 with certified organic materials and has been available for guests since June 2022. It is bright and modernly furnished and can also be ideally used for work or "workation" (fast Wifi); you can hardly have more quiet - unfortunately no pets & non-smokers only. We are looking forward to your visit.

Bikes/motorbikes/car can be accommodated in the garage. 10 minutes' walk you need to walk to the old town. Renovated and well-equipped, the apartment offers one/two bedrooms (depending on the number of people booked or arrangement!!!), kitchen with dining area, living room and balcony. TV only via free online media library or own accounts (Netflix/Amazon/etc).

In addition to a spacious living/dining room and a double bedroom, another bedroom with a single bed is available. On the pull-out couch in the living room, a 4th person to sleep. The large balcony, which faces south, is accessible from the living room and bedroom. An additional kitchen balcony invites you to morning coffee :-)
