Gemütliche Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang in unserem Haus. Im Stadtzentrums von Ilsenburg, in unmittelbarer Nähe von Restaurants, Parks, Rad- und Wanderwegen. Es hat einen schönen großen Garten zum Grillen und Entspannen. Cozy apartment with private entrance in our house. Located near the Ilsenburg town centre, in close proximity to restaurants, parks, walking, hiking and biking trails. It has a beautiful spacious garden for barbecuing and relaxing after a day of exploring the surroundings.

Welcome to the small freedom in Braunlage! A place to feel good and relax, newly renovated and newly furnished in 2023. The apartment is wonderfully quiet and full of light. Here, relaxing is easy. Opposite, the forest begins. It is just a short walk downhill to the town center and the valley station of the cable car. The 26 sqm apartment is on the 2nd floor. It comprises a room with a small kitchen, bed (1.60 / 2.00 m), sofa and dining area and a shower room with toilet and window.

Our apartment is located in Hohegeiß, a district of Braunlage. Hohegeiß is centrally located in the Harz Mountains at 640 meters above sea level. It is a place of relaxation for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. In summer, it is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. In winter, ski resorts are available in the village and nearby. There are excursion possibilities, for example, to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. The guest fee of €3.00/night for adults is charged in cash on site.

Sie bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage in Braunlage. Wanderwege und Skiloipen beginnen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Talstation der Wurmbergseilbahn sowie das Eisstadion Braunlage und der Kurpark liegen ca. 500 Meter von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.

The apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a well-kept 12-party house in a central location (about 300 m from the center). We took over this in 2018 and refurbished it (kitchen, completely new furniture and good sofa bed). It is a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom and a small bathroom. Since we (4 adults + 1 schoolchild) regularly use our apartment ourselves, it is quite well equipped (sufficient dishes, coffee maker, TV). No Wi-Fi!

Unsere gemütliche und beliebte Dachwohnung steht wieder für Gäste zur Verfügung, nachdem ich sie ein Jahr selbst bewohnt habe! Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und hat zusätzlich eine Schlafcouch (1,20m Liegefläche) im Wohnzimmer und ist gut geeignet für bis zu 5 Personen. Außerdem gibt es eine voll ausgestattete, abgeschlossene Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und Fenster und ein extra WC. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Esstisch für 6 Personen.
