The approximately 100 square meter vacation home is located in an outbuilding of a three-sided courtyard, the former Wildschützer Pfarrhof. The apartment on two floors, furnished with attention to detail, offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the main entrance door, a kitchen door leads directly into the green courtyard. The terrace offers seating and a barbecue area. Behind the barn is the spacious garden with swimming pool.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. The small house, furnished in a cozy and rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge-15 minutes drive from Chemnitz - the cultural town of '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful mezzanine and ivy-covered property yet close to the sights of the surrounding places. A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 sqm. You are in the middle of nature, where foxes and hares say good night. Your accommodation is freshly renovated and furnished with love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but you can also quickly reach the highway to explore the surroundings.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.

We have completely newly renovated it in recent years and modernly equipped with a lot of love for detail. If you travel by car, up to three private parking spaces are available free of charge.
