My girlfriend and I had a fantastic weekend stay at Ally’s place. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and very well maintained. The furniture is brand-new and high-quality, and the space is filled with artistic touches and charming decorations. Ally and Simon were wonderful hosts—warm, responsive, and happy to help with anything we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful and scenic, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of my favorite spots was a cozy music corner in the living room, equipped with a piano, guitar, and a great selection of sheet music—ideal for music lovers. We truly enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer!

Perfect for a stay - clean, well equipped and comfortable

Whoever books this house will not be disappointed. The house is perfect for a quiet getaway. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Local village is a 15 minute walk with 2 wonderful and friendly pubs, serving great food. There is also a convenience store selling groceries etc. I highly recommend All Saints Barn.

The Woodshed was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Our host was incredibly kind, thoughtful and we truly enjoyed the delicious cake. If you’re looking for a cozy and unforgettable stay, just pack your bag and head to this Woodshed . It’s truly worth every penny. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back!

Just got home from 2 nights at the stables celebrating my mums birthday. Absolutely brilliant, lots to do and felt very at home. Would definitely go back and Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful. We created great memories - thank you!

My husband and I had such a lovely stay at Sarah and Sim’s place while in the Cotswolds for a wedding at nearby Lapstone Barn. It was the perfect base for us for the weekend - cosy and peaceful and had everything we needed, and more! The breakfast spread was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. Stratford has no shortage of places to stay, but this property is far superior to most. The host has modelled the accommodation perfectly, to give it a modern, clean appeal, while feeling relaxed and homely. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the town on foot - the RSC is only a short walk away, the Birthplace, even closer. Nearby restaurants abound, although remember, this is Stratford, so everything does close a little earlier. That said, there are lots of takeaways and supermarkets in close proximity if you prefer to eat at home, using the apartment’s well appointed, modern kitchen. The host is extremely helpful, offering detailed instructions pre-arrival, and was friendly and responsive at all times. I will most certainly return to this lovely apartment.

Martin's place was fantastic. It's right on top of town, about a two minute walk from the birthplace of Shakespeare. It's ten minutes to the river and the RSC. Martin is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful, and the flat is perfect for a couple or someone on their own to spend a few days in and explore the area.

Theresa was very flexible with our arrival arrangements, which greatly helped our stay. Although we only stayed a single night the apartment is spacious and well enough equipped for a longer stay. No hesitation in recommending.

A really lovely apartment, very clean with all the little extras. I loved the balcony and view. Excellent and easy parking. It is one of the best cottages I've stayed in with my two teenagers - there's a great chill out sofa but there was enough room to have our own space if needed. I've booked again for Aug it was that nice.

I was a guest at a wedding at Twyning Park and found Terry’s accommodation to be stellar and perfectly suited to my needs for my weekend stay. Terry was super accommodating of any requests and I’d highly recommend his place. Thanks again!

Perfect location for walking trips into Stratford Upon Avon, could leave the car behind for a few days. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Absolutely great find, will stay again.

We had a lovely peaceful night at Peters ahead of my sons sports tournament at The Arena. The place was spotless and had everything you might need, a real home from home! We hope to stay again.

Everything you could possibly need was there - even a fan, which I really appreciated! Kitchen was well stocked with implements. Bathroom as super clean - as was the whole flat. Great little room :)

We stayed with Pearl as we were attending a wedding in the local area, and what a beautiful place!! Check-in was really easy - the instructions were very clear, and Pearl popped round to check on us and was the most lovely lady. The views from the balcony were stunning and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We walked to the high street to pick up a takeaway in the evening, and there were so many nice pubs and restaurants, especially for such a (seemingly) quiet area! We got slightly lost on our way to the Air BnB but found it once we'd driven in a loop, and the taxis knew exactly where it was when picking us up for the wedding, so I think it was just us not knowing the area very well! Overall, a really great stay, and would definitely visit again! Thanks for having us!x

Pamela and Paul are lovely hosts and the space they’ve created is such a lovely place to go and relax. My friend and I both said how at home we felt from the second we walked in til we left. It’s very private and peaceful and there’s lovely little parts of it you can walk to and just sit quietly. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully not to far in the future!
