Lovely space with comfy beds and all you could need (including a washing machine and dryer!). We were sad to only be staying there one night as it would be a great place to stay for a few days.

Great place to stay, spotless has everything you need, plus Ilana is very attentive, would definitely recommend to friends or even stay again myself

Highly recommend for a peaceful stay! Me and my family enjoyed having coffees and teas while watching the amazing views all around the apartment. The garden had everything we needed, ended our trip with a quick bbq and games room with snooker, table tennis and darts. Very cozy bedrooms and kitchen had everything needed and more. My highlight was playing with her hens, sheep and dogs. Thanks for such a lovely Emma! :)

We love to stay here when we come up to Formby. Feels so comfortable, well situated. The extra touches are very welcome. After our long journey, there are always nice things in the fridge for us to eat and drink on our arrival. John is there if you need any help, but it’s very much your private apartment while you are there. We now regard it as our ‘home’ in Formby.

This was my second stay, perfect for a visit to nearby family. The apartment is equipped and very clean and tidy. Quiet location suited me well although it’s only a short walk to Sale with plenty of shops an and restaurants. I will be booking again I’m sure.

My employees stayed at the property as a home away from home for a work trip. They have stayed in several of Jacqui's properties and as always this one did not disappoint. Jacqui is helpful and friendly, proactive with responses and very accommodating. The property is great value for money, easy check in, nice & clean. We would like to say a huge thank you for our stay! We visited Liverpool for a Hen Do and honestly we had the best time! The house was beautiful and full of character, every room has its own bathroom which was great for us ladies getting ready for a Saturday night out in the town. The photos don’t do the property justice! The high ceilings and quirky interior decor is so nice to see. There were some refreshments and chocolates on our arrival which made it even more special so that we could get the weekend started the right way! We would 100% book this Airbnb again if we ever did something similar. Thank you guys x

Carol was super accommodating for our needs as some employees needed somewhere to stay fairly last minute for a work trip. She was super responsive and attentive and the staff loved their stay. Would definitely recommend!

The bungalow was absolutely beautiful,exactly as is shown in the photos. You have everything you need for your stay and Katy even put in milk bread and chocolates, which i thought was a lovely touch. I was lucky as it was sunny so I got to enjoy the lovely peaceful garden to! The area is quiet and neighbours are friendly. The host Katy was always very helpful and responded quickly to any of my querys. I'm on another course in the area again in a few months and I'll 100% be staying here again if its available.

Gary was great at communicating. There was a Christmas tree and a welcome basket full of treats a lovely touch! Great thought put into dog friendly home plenty of space and enclosed. Beautifully furnished and very clean. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at The Warren. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, so comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Everything we needed was to hand- they had thought of everything! We were so surprised by the welcome hamper which was much appreciated. The location is so peaceful and overlooking stunning views. We loved sitting out in the evening in the private garden soaking in the tranquility. Reece and Chloe were such friendly and responsive hosts. Highly recommend visiting!

Warren has been absolutely fantastic! Never come across a host like it on air bnb! So responsive gave amazing restaurant recommendations and was just great, I struggled where to park he quickly responded and gave clear directions, even left us a couple of beers in the fridge for us! Thank you so so much!! Room was as shown lovely little terrace and what an amazing place he made the flat! Easy place to get around to restaurant and bars and could book a taxi right outside to the rest of Manchester, parking over the road and completely clean and tidy! Thank you so much for letting us stay! Would highly recommend and what a fab host! Thank you for being so helpful and informative!

Lovely flat and brilliant location

We went to stay for the weekend at Manchester and Dan’s place was the perfect place as it’s nearby the AO arena. It was exactly the same as the photos here and he was very responsive as well. Overall, we had a great stay 👍

Amazing stay in a lovely home. Easy to get to Liverpool on the Mersey Rail and affordable Uber options too. The flat its self is well kept and nicely decorated, it was very comfortable and exceeded everything we needed for our weekend stay. 10/10 would recommend
