This place looks exactly like the pictures on the site. It was immaculate inside and the AC cranks (which is great on a hot day)! Spencer was awesome to work with. Extremely quick responses and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!

Honestly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! It was super cute and clean and right in downtown so it was very convenient to walk around and explore!

Easy to find, easy to check in. It was SO peaceful as if you had the whole place to yourself. It was wheel chair accessible. Had a full kitchen with all the stuff we needed to cook full meals. It was super clean all around . The dock area is wonderful and was peaceful to sit by the water. It’s not often you have access to 12 acres on the lake. No complaints. We would for sure stay here again.

We felt right at home in her home. It was quiet and restful which was what we were looking for. The bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep almost immediately. My husband really enjoyed the squirrel outside the sliding door. I would recommend her to anyone.She is very friendly and she wants everyone to feel at home.

This is a stunning spot on Groundhog Mountain/Doe Run. We enjoyed time out on the deck with the tabletop firepit, comfy chairs, and it was completely enclosed so our dog could be out with us, which was great! Haley’s place was immaculate, well provisioned, had comfortable mattresses, handy to the Parkway, not far from the Olde Mill and the Maples Restaurant and secluded, tucked in to lush foliage. I would highly recommend staying there, if you love being in the mountains and woods, it’s a beautiful spot! She was also extremely responsive and very flexible, which we really appreciated.

Great cozy stay in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains! Saltville VA is a hidden gem with so much history and charm. Dale along with others have done so much to revitalize and enhance this wonderful place and this space is no exception. If you’re looking for a quiet and charming mountain getaway spot, look no further! A few dining options close by along with expanded choices conveniently located in nearby Glade Spring or Abingdon. Grocery store is a minute away along with an excellent ice cream shop, bookstore, and antique store all within walking distance. Dale was an excellent host with plenty of helpful advice on the local scene. Hiking to The Channels was a highlight. Thanks and we’ll be back!

I hate to write a great review for fear of other people finding out about Barry's place, especially on the weekend I may need for the future. This is my 2nd year staying at Barry and Shani's location. As soon as I registered this year's Dam Yeti race I immediately put in the reservation. Barry recognized me by asking if I was in town for another race! We had messaged back and forth a couple times prior to check in as I wasn't sure if my friend was coming along (she did!). The apartment is one of three in the same building. It's cute, quiet and well appointed. He set up a coffee bar for us and left ample snacks plus some additional ones which were perfect for race day. He had a lovely note for me and mentioned there was fresh watermelon in the fridge!!! What a delish treat. we were close enough to town but needed a car to drive. Everything was 5ish mins away. great restaurants are in town, close to the Food City. one of the best Hosts!!! EVER!!

Elizabeth was kind and responded to messages very quickly. She made the check-in/checkout process very easy as well. The studio was exactly like the photos and was perfectly equipped for a longer stay. There are upstairs tenants that you might hear from time to time but they generally keep noise to a reasonable level. The place was cozy and easy to find. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Robbie’s place was amazing! The perfect size for what we needed and had all the items we needed (towels, soap, etc). Easy to find and enter with the clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place in a great location downtown. I enjoyed walking around Floyd from this location.

The BEST AirBnB we have ever stayed at! Jaw dropping views, convenient location, beautifully remodeled, peaceful location that’s easy to access AND dog friendly. Couldn’t ask for more! Walking distance to a wonderful coffee shop and brewery at the base of the resort. The unit had everything a pet owner would need provided and a fully functioning kitchen + accessories to make cooking a breeze. We stayed during the summer but this would be an UNBEATABLE location for skiing. Matt was incredibly communicative and so helpful during our stay - he even provided a locals guide before arrival! My ONLY complaint (and nothing the host can control) is that if you’re staying around June 2025 they are working on the building in front of the unit, so during the weekday there is construction noise starting around 7:30. We will be frequent visitors to this spot and have already recommended it to all of our friends and family!

Joe’s place was in a great proximity to the local colleges, which is what we were there to see, so it worked out perfectly. Cleanliness is a big deal for me, so the fact that this place was spotless put me at complete ease.

George was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed here during my son’s graduation week. I would absolutely come back and stay again. I will say the description says it sleeps 6, however there is a charge for more than 4 people to stay and the pull out couch for the 5/6 people is not comfortable. I would bring a mattress cover and additional blankets if you are sleeping more than 4. I would also bring some outdoor chairs or folding chairs. We used this as a place to gather w family after the ceremonies. Not close to much, but very quiet and private and the pool table was a bonus!

Our stay in Floyd was incredibly peaceful—tucked in the heart of nature, quiet, private, and serene. Kathryn was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The hot tub was a perfect touch for relaxation. The kitchen was well stocked. We also attended a beautiful Mother’s Day gathering in the main house with music and a potluck, which was truly special. The hosts made the entire experience even more memorable. We loved every moment!

Beautiful location! Great amenities! Stayed with my two young kids and loved having a full kitchen. View from the patio was beautiful. The location was serene. Hikes, pools, hot tubs, everything we needed right there! Easy to grab snacks and breakfast from the grill at the club house. Will definitely stay here again!

Honestly this place was better than the photos! They went all out to make us comfortable from having towels&makeup towels, towel warmers, (we brought our own shampoo, conditioner and body wash) they also provided that for us! my sister & I have light sensitivity, so to be able to dim the bathroom lights was amazing&felt more relaxing to shower. They had an abundance of soft blankets That’s a triple plus I love a good soft blanket, lots of pillows, fully stocked kitchen with a microwave safe plate cover to prevent any mess., beautiful scenery’s!The bird house out back was a sweet touch & the momma bird was super proactive on feeding her babies despite us being around. It just felt super homey ♥️. The outdoor pool& hot tub was by far our favorite,that alone was worth every penny.The views were incredible& unexpected!!!!! I didn’t even see that in the photos of this place so that was a great surprise! We were WOWED! Also, Ryan was incredibly proactive with response time&sweet. 10/10

We always enjoy staying here! It’s our go-to place on Beech Mountain. Super-comfortable beds. We love sitting on the balcony and watching the deer while we have coffee in the morning. Michelle is a gracious host and an excellent communicator. Thanks again for another great stay!

The cottage was cozy, neat and exactly what my husband and I needed for a weekend getaway! The space is perfectly sized for a single traveler or a couple. We had a small issue with the hot tub and Scott got back to us and solved it quickly, which we really appreciated! Overall, was so peaceful, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great weekend stay in Roxana’s apartment. It was a comfortable place for relaxing and working, and a great home base while enjoying the bike park and local hiking. In the evenings we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.
