Located on the 2nd floor with elevator and parking, it is at just few meters from the sea, that you can hear the sweet crashing of the waves on the beach. Perfect for lovers of the sea and good food. It is close to all services, restaurants and beach bars, and a pleasant walk to both the Arenal beach and the port.

The apartment is located 200 meters from the town's old part. It is a third floor with southeast orientation. It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.
