The 400 square metre pool area is what makes this Villa special. The 14 x 7m swimming pool and jacuzzi overlook the beautiful Pergla Valley, and the clear sea of Ghajn Barrani Bay. The Villa is surrounded by 5 acres of greenery, where guests can roam around to enjoy the views and the sounds of nature. The Villa consists of six bedrooms (2 double, 4 twin) all ensuite and on ground floor level, a small gym, spare bathroom, kitchen, dining, living and outdoor kitchen. Fully air-conditioned.

This home is only 4-minutes walk away from Xaghra's village square where there is a varied selection of restaurants and bars. A short distance away are the Megalithic temples of Ggantija. Nearby sights include Xerri's Grotto, Ninu's Cave, Calypso Cave, Ta’ Kola Windmill, the Museum of Toys, and the nearest sandy beach of Ramla Bay which is just a 9-minute drive away.

This town house is situated in a quiet area of Nadur in Gozo, with a number of facilities nearby, including a bus stop and a small grocery 200 meters away. It provides some of the best valley and sea views on the island, and is 20 min walk away from one of the most secluded beaches in Malta and Gozo, namely 'San Blas'. If you are looking for a restaurant or pub, you can find all this at the local 'piazza', approximately 1 km away. The bus route also ends at Victoria.

In between there´s a sunny terrace to relax and enjoy the authentic flair of this hideaway. It´s suitable for a couple, a single person or a small family. Situated in the far east end of the village of Qala a rental car is highly recommended!
