You will see the ferry going up and down and there are ships and yachts sailing by you all day long. The picturesque village of Broekhuizen is rich in cozy restaurants with terraces on the Maas. You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature reserves on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. There is wireless TV.

Unser Tiny House liegt direkt an der Xantener Nordsee, angrenzend zum Naturschutzgebiet. Vom Grundstück seid ihr sofort am See bzw. an der anderen Seite direkt am Rhein. Ihr teilt euch die großen Wiesen mit einigen Bienenvölkern, Eichhörnchen, Igeln, Kanninchen und unserer Eule. Im Sommer könnt ihr Pflaumen, Äpfel u. Birnen direkt von den Bäumen pflücken, Kräuter aus den Beeten probieren u. im Herbst könnt ihr Walnüsse verzehren. Wir stellen euch einen Grill u. eine Feuertonne zur Verfügung.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in ca 1.5 km Der Wald liegt fast vor der Tür und lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Für die Kleinen gibt es fussläufig einen Spielplatz. In Xanten erwarten sie viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. An der Nord und Südsee können sie Wassersport betreiben oder einfach am Plaza verweilen bei kühlen Getränken und gutem Essen. Xanten liegt sehr Central für Besuche in die Niederlande oder ins Ruhrgebiet und bietet deshalb Abwechslung u.Ruhe

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Apartment in the countryside (Wesel-Bislich)

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Wolhalla in historic farmhouse

In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Outside, you will find a fireplace with wood for slow cooking and a cold water bath for the ultimate cooling. A unique place where relaxation and inspiration come together.
