A warm welcome! Spacious apartment for 2 people in the new development area in the immediate vicinity of the Xanten water ski complex/ high ropes course and beach. (approx. 200 m) The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is not accessible. Tourist tax included Smoking is not permitted. Fresh rolls are available in the morning right next door at the bakery wagon. Restaurant and snack bar at the port of Wardt within walking distance. The apartment has been completed since August 2021. Garage for sports equipment on request.

Lovely, non-smoking apartment with hot tub

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Enjoy a nice stay in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. In the middle of the beautiful Xanten you will live in a private floor in our beautiful house. To do this, use the front entrance and are therefore undisturbed for yourself. The apartment has a nice bedroom, a kitchen-living room for cooking and resting as well as a bathroom for sole and private use. The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.
